Description of Work: I need to build up a retaining wall and possibly put in a french drain. Since their address is only abut a mile from my house, I called 3 times and was finally called back and we arranged a time for him to come by. He showed up on time, looked at the problem and said he would send me an estimate.

+ 0 moreAlberto measured the driveway and gave me an estimate that included every phase of the work from demolition and haul away of the existing driveway through the installation and sealing of the pavers. He did not require any payment until the job was completed. Once I had approval from my HOA board, Alberto scheduled the work and completed the installation in a timely matter. He maintained a very clean job site. His work is top notch, and he stands behind it with a written two year warranty on labor. The manufacturer supplied a ten year warranty on the pavers themselves. Alberto is a perfectionist, and his work reflects that. He is quick to respond to any phone calls or questions. His final bill was exactly the same as his estimate.
Description of Work: Removed existing concrete driveway, installed base material and pavers on driveway and on front porch, and applied sealant to all pavers.

+ 0 moreReceived a fair estimate. The work started well and the ordering of the pavers was a tad over the estimated date. There was a brief time where there was a loss of communication but once we were re-established the work went well. The crew did the patio area in one day. Rain delayed the sealing of the pavers but Alberto kept us up to date. He came and sealed with the final product being better than expected. Alberto was very good with recommendations/gave good advice and was friendly and professional. His crew was also polite and they had a high work ethic. They cleaned up the area very nicely when done.
