+ -1 moreProvider said that everything we asked for would be easily done within budget and on time. After one year and 4 months later our home was broken into 3 times, our cable and security camera line were cut and on robber was found in the home shooting heroin and other illegal drugs. The other two break-in situations resulted in all doors and screens being ripped out, and I was especially concerned about the one for my 4 year old daughters room. I told the provider I feared for the safety of my family and that I would use lethal force to protect ourselves. I took audio and video recordings along with photos to the franchise via email and phone calls but no one ever responded. So after that I got my legal team together and we are no drawing up the paperwork to sue 1Stop Pool Pros and the cooperate franchise. If you do not want to go through what me and my family are going through, do not hire 1Stop, it just might even safe your life.
Description of Work: Provider agreed to the 130K new pool project and that the job would take less than a year to complete.
