Description of Work: Bathroom Remodel - Ziggy completely demolished the existing room, taking the drywall over the bathtub out and installing cement board. He put in a new tub with shower head and faucets, installed a beautiful new vanity with high quality hardware, the floors and walls surrounding the tub were tiled, additional recessed lighting was added as well as a vent fan. The popcorn ceiling was removed and the room received a beautiful texture ceiling and wall, painted in the color that we chose. He came when he said he would and did what he said he would. We couldn't be more pleased and even decided to have him work on our second bathroom. He is hard working, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend him without hesitation.

Description of Work: I had a few loose ceramic tiles in my walkway. It was hard to find other contractors who would do such a small/repair job. Ziggy and his companion were GREAT!! Very professional!!! Performed work in timely matter. I will be using Ziggy's services for further home repairs.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angies List Big Deal Bathroom Renovation package for $4,999.00 price and the entire bathroom renovation was done promptly, super-efficiently and in a thoroughly professional manner by Ziggy's Perfect Home Solutions Inc. of Clearwater, FL; (727) 459-0859 Enail - remodeling7@verizon,net The owner and one assitant were extremely knowledgeable of all phases of the renovation trade and made suggestions which we found supremely suitable to the restyling, replacement and renewing we desired for our older condominium built in the 1970;s, They communicated all their plans for the renovaton adequately in advance, showed us various options we could select, and informed us of how they would proceed in sufficient time to review the plans with other members of our family. Our final selections were completely in line wirh the great suggestions they offered and on completion of each stage of the renovation they allowed us to inspect the progress of the work; we were satisfied during the whole precoess that we could not have found better professionals anywhere in Florida. Starting with the replacement of all the major fixtures which they selected with great care and very professionally installed, to the wall tiling, the floor tiling, the cabinets and mirror installation and down to the complete repainting in excellently compatible color themes, they did their very best to satisfy our requests and they totally did so. Knowledgeable, professionally competent in every field, and punctual and courteousat all times, they removed all the residue of the renewal, cleaned up everywhere before they left and wished us the good use of our new bathroom. Wow ! we were lucky to get this deal and I recommend this company without reservaton to anyone looking for a great job of any kind, plumbing, painting, renovations, tiling, electrical or other work; If you want totally professional work done and a satisfied completion of all your needs, this is the company to employ..
