Service was great replacing our AC unit. Price was transparent, and they were easy to work with. We had Chad out a couple times and he spent a lot of time with us in evenings to help us understand our situation as clearly as possible so that we could make the best decision to either repair or replace our old unit. We chose to replace, and they worked with us to ensure good customer service. I watched most of the install. Guys were professional and spent lots of time on the small details and making it look nice. I'm no pro, but I'd say the install was high quality work. I recommend their work!

Tyler was here in less than 15 minutes after I called Home Advisor. Friendly, knowledgable, a really nice person. Took five minutes to diagnose the problem which was in the A/c heating system and I didn't time it but he had the problem fixed within thirty to forty five minutes. Really good fair price with guarantees. Charged only estimated price. I would give Velocity and Tyler nothing but the highest of recommendations.

I received a call with 5 minutes of my request. The dispatcher said Chad would be calling within 15 minutes. Chad called within 5 minutes and said he would be out within the hour! Chad and his assistant arrived 45 minutes later and wasted no time resolving my heating problem. I am very, very satisfied and I will continue tio use Velocity in the future.

The installers were truly professional. Showed me everything that was wrong with my old system and quoted what each step would cost. Would highly recommend Chad , Louis and Tyler for all your air conditioning requirements.

I really did not have time to research ac companies but I didn't need to because Velocity air was awesome. Chad came right over, and diagnosed the problem, explained several options and helped us make the best decision. I had recently been quoted astronomical prices on a new system, so I was really worried. Velocity air sold us a great 16 SEER 4 ton unit at a discount of over $1000. Plus a superior warranty of 10 years!! Now I don't have to worry about it. The install was done in one day and I did not have to leave work at all. I highly recommend this team!!

Chad was our service tech. He called twice to update me on time. When here he was very polite and professional. Great job on cleaning the unit and it still smells great hours later. Will use them any time we have problems but every year for a cleaning and check up for sure.
