Came home at 4:15 pm and it was 85 degrees in my home. Immediately after my inquiry, Tyler called and fortunately for me, he was in the area.. Ten minutes later, he was at my door and diagnosed the problem promptly. Shortly after my a/c was fixed and the price was right! Tyler is very personable and porfessional.

I submitted my request late Monday evening and the following morning at 7:25 Velocity Air called. A service appointment was set up the same day; I was so impressed with the technicians I had them update my AC unit as well as sign me up for ongoing service...all was completed within 2 days. Customer service and technicians were professional and very informative to what was going on with my unit. There was no pressure by anyone or any doom and gloom at any point, only the facts.

It has only been a day, but everything seems to be working well.

Luis was very quick and knowledgable. He called on his way and when he arrived. Very polite, curteous and clean cut. Pricing was reasonable.

Chad and Brad , two very pleasant clean cut guys, came to my home to do a cleaning and service check. They found several things wrong with the way my previous contractor did their work, things that were potentially dangerous fire hazards. They did their job quickly and efficiently. My 13 year old unit is running smoothly. I am so happy I don't have to buy a new one yet.

Tyler was very quick to respond to my request and was able to fix our problem the very next day.
