Brad was very helpful and friendly, explained the problem and showed us where he got the pricing - really like the upfront pricing, reassures that it is true price, not inflated.

These people are very knowledgeable about the work, the product they are dealing with,, and overall issues that I was dealing with. Tim in the office made me aware of things I did not know about concerning the brand of a/c I had. I double checked his information online and found that what he told me was right on target. Brad the tech that did the work, gave me all options, which the other co. I was talking to did not), and I appreciated that all info was given so I could make an informed decision on how I wanted to proceed. The cost was exactly what they quoted, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Velocity Air over any others, and if I have problems again will be calling them.

The technician was on time, Knowledgeable, explained in detail, and was very neat. His work fixed my problem and for a reasonable price.

When we purchased our home 6 months ago we had no idea that the previous owner decided to install the new AC system in the cheapest method possible. Codes exist for a reason, people, which we found out when the unit flooded an interior wall. We hired Tyler to fix what should have been done in the first place. A contractor knows the codes does the job right and is worth every penny. We will use Velocity exclusively for any HVAC need. They are honest, prompt, fair, and professional. By the way, we had gotten a quote from a company we recognized from tv advertising and they quoted nearly double what Velocity did.

I spoke to a technician on the phone when they called. He was able to speak directly to the problem I was having. When he arrived (w/in 90 minutes of the call), he was very professional, but also very real and honest. And most important to me, knowledgeable and competent. He let me hover near where he was working. Gave honest feedback on our situation, and worked fast. The prices for each action were printed in a pricebook w/ the description of the work, so I knew he wasn't making up figures. He offered discounts (via a service plan, which was a no-brainer).

Velocity was prompt, professional and a good value. I bought the uv sanitizer and I do believe it was installed in a less than desired location rather than the manufacturers recommended installation

They advised that they worked on oil furnaces, however they will not replace them if they cannot be repaired. Even if you want this done. They install gas and electric heaters and AC systems exclusively. You will have to find another vendor to install an oil furnace if this is what you want done. Otherwise, office staff is very professional.

I had already had another repair company not show up. Velocity was on time, courteous, did their work in a professional manner; gave me three options to fix what was wrong now; fix what was wrong and the next thing to go, fix all three things that could be fixed, so that I could go for a long time without further issues. I asked what the repairman would do given my specific circumstances, and he came up with the right answer; to fix what was wrong. Carrying inventory on the truck; having the parts available, and a trained, reliable person driving the truck, and making the repairs costs money, so I believe I got good value for my money. They are very professional.

They were very prompt. I woke up in the morning, after a cold evening and found the house uncomfortable. Found the A/C running and the temp inside was 76 degrees. Went on Home Advisor and was given their name along with two others. The system automatically notified all three companies, and by 7:30 in the morning, I got a call from Tyler. Has able to get 9:00 appt. and they were here on time. They checked the A/C, and I was given a good report on the state of my A/C. I was given three options, and the repair was done. They carry well stocked trucks, so most repairs can be done on site at that time, no waiting for parts. Will definitely recommend.

The heat temp. still does not keep up with the setting on new installed thermostat, but they're scheduled to come back and try to fix it again.

Technician could not have been nicer, did a thorough job, performed corrective services, was prompt.

They inspected for and corrected the cause of a duct issue causing a health problem. This was only identified by them as other companies did not find it.

My a/c was working fine but I wanted to have a/c tune up and looked at to make sure won't have any future problems. I let them replace one part that they recommended and it cost me $300 they wanted to replace two more parts and it would have cost me $800. I think there prices are way to high.
