They are high priced.

They were very knowledgeable. Had to correct a previous company's installation problems. They did a great job and they were very clear as to what each thing costs but I just wasn't expecting to spend THAT much $$$. Not their fault-everything costs.

The weekend on call tech did not seem to know what to do and never resolved my problem.

They had a special for $59.00 however, they didn't explain that service was not for cleaning the system. That is why I called for a yearly maintenance. All they did was look at it and tell me a connector would need to be replaced at some point

I called HA at about 10 am. I got a quick response from Whitley and she set an appt with a tech between 11 - 1 today, the same say. Tyler came and was very knowledgeble , explaining what needed to be done. The price was fair because I felt he knew what he was talking about. There were no up charges and he was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them again when I need them.

Replaced A/C compressor. Velocity Air representatives were professional, thorough and honest. Their price by far beat their competitions' prices.

I was told the system would be a Carrier system, instead they installed a comfort air system. The service salesman told me and It old him numerous times I wanted a Carrier. Upon installation I find out that they are not an authorized Carrier Dealer.

Installed new A/C condenser and handler and did a fine job save for one oversight which they corrected without incident.

everyone was very professional and courteous. I was not prepared to have an entire new ac system installed but under the circumstances, I had no choice as water was leaking from the air handler into my laundry room. All the work was completed in a timely manner and is working great. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Under trained and had to call for help. Then blew fuse trying to complete diagnosis of problem. Would not recommend. Solution was just to replace every thing rather than find the problem.

Very fast to respond, and no pressure to buy anything they recommended. They were very good at showing and explaining why they recommended items. Work they did has already improved A/C in our two front bedrooms.

My air conditioner stopped working during the night. I used home advisor at about 8:30 the following morning and within a couple of minutes I had several calls from different air conditioning companies, the first one being Velocity. They had good reviews so I called and spoke to Tim. He was very helpful and was able to dispatch a technician to my residence within an hour. The technician Brad was professional, friendly and he was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He had my air back on within an hour, which I was very thankful for. Brad did a great job and was honest about what had to be done and the costs. I would recommend Velocity Air.

Never easy being told that your system will require some expensive work. That said, Velocity outlined all the specifics, presented a number of options (even suggested a less expensive alternative), spent time answering all my questions, provided a work time line and finished on time and without surprises.

I was very pleased with the service. They were very nice over the phone. The technician was prompt and very efficient. He knew what he was doing and explained everything. Also felt they were reasonable.

Excellent communication skills. Kept us informed of what was being done and what the costs would be. Offered various options based upon price. Hired them as our AC guys!

Tech seemed competent. Charged $49.00 for call out. Unable to solve problem due to electrical panel issue. I believe tech could have done more work on diagnosing A/C issue. It turned out that there was no refrigerant in system.
