We had a complete ac system installed with a relocation of the air handler. The workers did the best job I've ever seen done, very clean and neat.

Good job. Came out on Saturday. Scheduled to come back Monday, but came back Sunday and got us up and running.

Outstanding service! Completely replaced our outdoor unit and air handler in the attic. Due to the size and configuration of our home, this wasn't an easy job. The crew that came out couldn't have been nicer, more professional or worked harder for us. The team worked SO hard - for 12 hours to get our installation done. They also reran some of the drain line and when a bad clog was encountered they'd tried everything possible to get us going. It took another trip out, but we are loving our ice cold air and MUCH more efficient System. I am almost excited to get the first power bill and see some savings! These folks have been responsive to every question and do what they say they will, when they say it. Is it expensive? Yes. But I believe you get what you pay for and these guys are worth every penny!

We purchased a complete new heating and air conditioning system from them and up to now we still have not been provided with additional items they promised including a change on our electrical panel from a 40 to a 20 volt breaker even though the installers told us if this is not changed the system will not pass the state inspection which hasn't taken place yet.

got a person out fast, under warranty. A/C only 2 yrs old, but inside fan/blower motor & modem needed replaced. Labor only was $700.Once down payment paid, guy never showed up. Called numerous times hours later found out guys at Wing-house. So was to be here 9am, never showed. Called 3 times finally they found the owner. 3 hrs later, he showed. I said oh, at Hooters yesterday. No, he says Wing-house. Confirms it by accident. So $700.00 for LABOR that took him 37 MINUTES. His billing sheets out dated, new motor has part attached. But I got DOUBLE LABOR charge, info from manufacturer of unit. Pretended to be an installer to get truth... On CHEMO, So they take ADVANTAGE of YOU. No Labor sheet says $700 per 1/2 hr I ever say. Installation was done well, but did not keep up the appointment time. Did not even call us to know the delay.

Velocity did a great job with the new installation of a 3 1/2 ton split system Heat Pump and follow up on small problems. Contact with the Office personnel was wonderful and did schedule follow up ASAP. I would highly recommend this Company. From a Retired Registered Residential Builder.

I wanted a second opinion on work by another entity. Velocity sent someone out the afternoon of the request and told me everything was fine. The fellow was prompt, professional, and above all, honest! Why honesty should be surprising is a shame but he didn't try to sell me anything and I would have been an easy mark.

They responded in less than 24 hours after our air conditioning unit went out. It was raining and the tech came within the scheduled time frame to evaluate what needed to be done. This was on a Saturday morning. On Monday there were 2 men at our home we we had a new unit installed. Very courteous, polite, explained the use of the new unit and thermostat. Cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Another company let me down. I contacted Velocity and an estimator arrived a couple of hours later and the job was completed the next business day. The engineer worked a long day and cleaned up when finished. Paid more than I wanted but so far everything ok but it has only been a week.

Velocity responded within one minute of my inquiry and dispatched a tech within a few hours. It has only been a day, but things seem to be working fine now. My final price was fair, but I thought the initial price was a bit much for the replacement of a very inexpensive part (took less than 10 minutes to diagnose and fix). What I really want you to know, however, is that this is a company with integrity and responsive customer service. I am not easily impressed, but Tyler is a man of his word. I would hire this company again and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Michael is professional, efficent in explaining all work needed and not needed! Took less time then planned. Aslo installed 24 volt ultra light and new media filter. Great job! See you next spring :)

While the unit was installed well and professionally, the thermostat was not equivalent to the one I had and had asked to keep if possible. I was assured that I would get an equivalent one as a replacement but I have not as yet and now the company will not return my calls or texts to get this straightened out. I'd be happy to have my 10 year old Carrier thermostat back as it was fully programmable with top of the line features. Now I have a low end Honeywell that does not have even 50% of the features I had before.
