They were available to come right away, showed us the problem and came back the next day to fix....all of this on a holiday weekend.

I was overcharged for freeon, significantly. I had spoken with a couple other companies afterwards to compare costs. Other than that, everything was great.

I just got done on the computer when Velocity Air Conditioning was calling me. They were very fast, HONEST, and worked with me on financing the project. They gave me a full estimate and told me what the last company had done wrong. I would very much recommend Velocity Air Conditioning to EVERYONE. I live in TN and they kept me informed what was being repaired at my Florida Condo.

They performed yearly maintenance on my A/C and provided valuable information. The only complaint was they arrived after their appointment window and did not call to say they were running late.

I should probably wait to post this, but I'm sooo happy that they're here. Britney and Megan are wonderful in the office, and the reason that I ended up choosing Velocity. I'm confident I made the right choice!

The office called the morning of the appt. to tell me the time the tech would arrive. He was on time and very polite. He wore booties on his shoes so the floor wouldnt get dirty.

Well, they (Service Guy Eric) didn't make me feel totally stupid when they pointed out my a/c wasn't working because of a flipped switch. I appreciated that; and I suppose they were due the service call fee. I'd ask them to come back.

He charged too much for a job that took 10 minutes.

The Tech was great, friendly, and performed the service just fine. However, I was forced to purchase a "membership for $140 or I was going to have to pay $142 MORE for the service, This was supposed to be a simple warranty replacement of a blower motor. Total work took about 30-45 minutes but I was charged a total of $506. Then they were going to contact me to set up an inspection for my other unit in two days but a week later I have heard nothing but crickets.

They offered a good product at a fair price. Kind, clean and on time. System works great. I appreciate the advise there estimator gave. Wise choice. I'm an electrical contractor so I know how hard it is to keep a high rating, that why I chose them to come out. I highly recommend them.
