Very good customer service, very good service man.

We used this company for an annual a/c check up. We will not use them again. Bill seemed more interested in trying to make more money than anything. It was a special for $49 and we felt it was a waste of time and money. We don't even know if he lubed any parts, he certainly didn't communicate that to us nor did he write it on his invoice. He seemed a little put off when we didn't want to spend over $500 on replacing a part. We usually get quotes on expensive items. Not happy with this company at all. Thanks

This company is one I would recommend to others in need of a good quality company. They came out same day as I called. They took care of what we needed, returned my call and were very fair priced. It doesn't get any better than that.

This was nothing but a sales pitch! The technician convinced me to spend $703 on repairs that I do not believe I needed. After he did the work (32 minutes) he said "normally that takes an hour and a half, but it's so hot out I rushed through it." Then when we spoke about a new AC system he would only quote the TRANE system at over $6k. It wasn't until a return trip - two days later because his work was not holding up - that he told me about some off the wall brand for $4.7k. I know these guys want to make a sale but read your audience. I believe I was ripped off by about half... the parts and labor should not have been more than $350. I also believe he quoted an inflated price just to get me onto their membership, which I do not want! They should at the very least refund the entire cost of that!

I believe the price may have been a little high but they were the only ones who could replace my compressor and air handler on a Sunday.

They sent me paperwork to sign, which I did and sent back to then. I expected them to call me to set up service but they didn't. I called them and they told me I was supposed to call them. They were able to come out the next day.

Very quick response once I completed my HomeAdvisor request - received a call within 30 minutes. Since it was Sunday I told them Monday would be fine for the service call. We had a clogged drain line which shut the a/c off but we were able to clear the line enough & empty enough water to get it running again. Shawn was excellent. Very professional and very nice. He explained everything he was doing and why. He answered all my questions even those not relating to the current problem. Shawn is our new a/c repair person for sure. At first I thought the price was high but then compared it with other repair companies and they were in line with what we were charged. Very pleased with the entire experience.

He was very pro-active and forthcoming with information both relevant and non-relevant issues.

Overall the experience was good but the scheduling of activities was a little loose and the steps to be taken were not fully explained in advance but the finished job was very satisfactory and the workers were excellent although there was a slight problem with language recognition. Also the first person to interact with was too aggressive in his attempt to sell a new a/c unit even though the unit was working fine.

We had condensation leakage in the attic. It leaked through the air vent into the living room. We called Home Advisor and were referred to Velocity Air Conditioning. When they came and looked at the situation, they said the water drain was blocked causing the water trap to run over. Knowing our system was older than I liked I told them to replace the entire system, which they did. They installed a Honeywell 8000 thermostat and we had to leave before they finished due to a Dr. appointment. and when we got back, they had left without leaving word as to what the situation was. I tried to turn on the unit and it did not work. It was getting late and I did not want to spend the night without a/c. I called their office and I talked to the manager (I let him know I was not happy and they dispatched a technician. Tim came and had the unit running and after he left, the unit stopped running again. We ended up spending the night without a/c. The next day they sent Tim out again and he said there was a circuit not operating properly. He fixed that and the unit seemed to be operating properly. The next day we had leaks again, as we had before this all began. Again Tim came out after we had ServPro working on mitigation of the leak. They said there did not seem to be a drain line installed. When Tim came he said the drain was blocked by "algae" and drained the overflow pan. I am not sure of the correct nomenclature for all this but we have not had further problems with the unit. All told, I have to say this is the most screwed up project I have had the nightmare to witness. No, I do not recommend them at all.
