They tried to sell me a new ac system for over 6000.00... when all that was needed to replace was a switch for 20.00 (that's twenty dollars). They didn't realize I was involved with the building dept.

Our technician took the time to explain to both me & then again on phone to my husband what repairs were needed.

So concerned about a review on Home Advisor that I was called and offered a lower price in exchange for changing my review. So far I have been factual, was I supposed to make something nice up? Todd called me on my way Home offered to take money off my bill of $165 for literally removing a wire. Essentially they jimmy rigged the system to work properly. Which is fine but $165 for literally 10 minutes at my house? After 2 hours of waiting, taking off work, and I still got charged the after hours price. No I will not make the review better, this company is raping people’s pocket books, then is concerned when some disgruntled dude gives them a mediocre review. Nah Todd, take the $165, I hope it was worth it.

Great install service - new unit was installed - everything went as planned. Install was delayed a day b/ c of unit ordered - they came out and placed temp coolers in at no additional charge which was great.

The company called twice to confirm the appointment and the tech showed up on time. He thoroughly explained the issue and once approved went right to work. He was finished in 30 minutes. Price was resasonable. I would definitely work with them again.

Crew showed up on time and replaced unit with no problems. Cost was on par with other companies.

They were fantastic . Work was completed quickly and at a very reasonable cost .

Called on Sunday and received a call back within 2 hours, maybe less. Came out on a Monday and resolved our problem. Explained everything in detail, took pics for file reference, etc. my hubby was VERY happy. Great customer service! I gave five star rating for all categories.

I hired them after they came out the same day they gave me a quote for a new unit which was high at first so I phoned round found that they were over priced asked them to do better and they came in at the same price as the company that I called. they did a good job and were very punctual
