My units under warranty and it was still a big amount of money for a blower motor to just to have it installed I guess they get you one way or another anyway these guys did me right it's fixed and it works

Inspection went great. Rep was professional and knowledgeable.

Great experience. Richie the service tech explained everything up front and how to really do maintenance on the unit so that it will keep running at it's peak.

Watch their personnel who install, they came back and said someone had been up in my attic when they came back the next day after installing a whole A/C system, and some of the air vents hadn't been hooked up and they thought someone else had gone up and undid them. As a senior living alone, I was unhappy with the young men's responses, and made sure he hooked everything up. I also brought the yearly maintenance package. When they came back for maintenance, all of a sudden I had holes in my venting up in the attic, so I have never used their service again. As they were going to charge up to a few thousand to fix it????? not good at all, felt very unhappy with this. Spoke to someone in charge who validated the employee, and I have not had further contact.

They tried to sale me a brand new air/ conditioner, the problem they lied to me about telling me I need a new one. It’s been almost 1 year and the old ac is kicking but. If I believed in him, it would have coast me $ 4000 dollars, instead I payed $300 dollars and there was never anything major. So I don’t like liars. So my finale answer is I will never use them again. Also called better bussiness buear. And sent a complaint against them.

Prompt service, service mgr. was the Rep. He was thorough. I rated 3 star because I am waiting for my year contract to play out. Problem was a possible leak in system, used dye throughout system. Freon and dye were expensive, result showed nothing specific. We'll see how good they are. Service call nearly $600.00.w/ yr. contract. A/C repair in Fl. is usually expensive. The only use for Home Advisor is for background check, the services are not necessarily price friendly.

They gave me fast service. The cost was reasonable. Eric was friendly. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing. A job well done.

We liked the service so much we enrolled for the yearly service contract. Our service was on a Saturday evening and the serviceman, Derrick, did not rush to leave. His explanations were clear and the work was completed to our satisfaction.

Derrick was on time; did an excellent diagnosis; fixed it quickly and explained everything to me. I was absolutely satisfied and liked him so much I signed up for a yearly contract. One of the VERY few times I felt I really got a good deal from a home repair call. Would highly recommend this company to all my friends without hesitation. The women who called me was also awesome especially since this was a weekend after a Thanksgiving holiday.

Very satisfied with work. Serviceman was friendly, knowledgeable, got work done quickly, explained and showed us the problem.

I had a very nice first impression of this company, starting with the girl in office who set up the service call to David the tech who serviced my A/C. David was very professional and found the problem quickly and helped me save money by giving me tips on running my unit effectively. Will definitely hire them again for any A/C problems. The whole experience with Velocity has been wonderful. From the initial conversation with Nathen, who was very polite and courteous, to Eric coming for the initial consultation, and the two gentleman who came to replace our AC, who went above and beyond. Everyone was polite, professional, and very kind. Will most definitely recommend
