There was no inspection of unit other than replacing capacitor. He was able to do this because I had told him the fan was not working. No problem with timelines and tech was good and professional.thought the charge of $273 was too much for replacing a $15 part.

Fast service next day appointment and my new air conditioner was installed the day after that

The company did a repair job on my last unit. They did a good job with the repair and i was pleased that they did not try to up sell me at the time. The unit lasted another two years. Crazy thing is that when I was ready to buy my two new units, it was a little tough to get a call back.
