The gentleman did maintenance on my AC unit. Was early for his apt which was nice. Vey knowledgeable and took his time with explaining things to me. I would recommend. Unfortunately I believe their charges were high but very satisfied with the service.

They came to see my broken blower motor about Noon and discovered my system was full of mold. Yikes! They installed a whole new system by 5pm the same day and we're no longer breathing it.

Velocity technician arrived, and addressed the issue of no-air conditioning running. The service trip charge was $49.00 dollars. The resolution was a replacement fuse that cost less than $5.00 at any hardware store. Customer was told that the part was a specialty fuse for air conditioning systems and cost $165.00, this wasn't a true statement and the customer was severely disappointed and over charged for the services provided. Customer will not use Velocity services again or recommend them.
