I am so happy with the work that was done.

Roofers damage my AC unit. I called Velocity out on a Sunday because AC was not working. Velocity said AC was damage by a roofing nail. Velocity told me they would get good evidence pictures so I could get refunded by roofers to fix my AC. Velocity did not take evidence pictures so roofers would only pay for 50% of repair and that cost me $800 dollars out of pocket. I should have used someone else that would have did what they said.

They were very professional and punctual on arriving when they said they would. They left the work area clean and answerred all my questions. They made sure that I was satisfied and came back to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. They took care of all the financing and made us feel good about our choice in picking them. A/C Tech was on time for a scheduled Preventive maintenance appointment, fully explained what the services he would be performing. Completed servicing of my a/c system, created and showed me digital photos of my a/c system and provided recommendations and a written estimate for future repairs/replacement. Price was very reasonable, will hire again.

For starters, did not finish the job, no evidence of new dampers, did not cleanup, and no invoice provided. The original problem still persists. Did not appropriately diagnosed the problem. After leaving I hired 4 AC contractors for 4 separate opinions and I’ve found they pulled out my zine system unnecessarily. Yet I paid them almost eight hundred dollars - not pleased!

They worked with my schedule and were response to my needs. Every company employee I have interfaced with has been efficient, courteous and professional !

They were very difficult to deal with as I was using my home warranty but not someone they normally work with. It was also $330 to clean out a clogged drain
