Tech was here for less than an hour and changed me 395.00 what a rip off I ll never use home advisor again and believe me I ll let everyone know!!

This was a last minute thing...I submitted my request and less than a minute later they were calling me to confirm. I had to schedule after work (6.30) and when I pulled up Brad (tech) was waiting for me. 30 minutes later he had ID'd the problem, fixed it, and I had cool air again. Definitely recommend this company.

I found Velocity through Home Advisors (who I also highly recommend) to do a yearly maintenance for $49 BUT ended up needing a whole new unit. My A/C was working but I thought maybe it was struggling at 11 yrs old. Bill was the tech who came to my house and explained absolutely everything. He took pics in my attic so I wouldn't have to go up, but I went up there anyway. Obviously I'm not air conditioning tech but I could tell something was going on. After the shock wore off, I went ahead and purchased a Goodman unit from them. I did my research and could tell I was being treated fairly. Darrell and Edwin were my installers and they were here the next day. They were very neat, friendly and professional. I am really glad I chose this company and definitely recommend.

This is the second time they have done the preventative maintenance on our central air system. They are affordably priced, pleasant and courteous.

They said yearly maintenance check is $29.95. After work is done, he claimed he added 2 lbs of freon. I did not see him empty the water pan nor check the thermostat inside the house. Total bill was $ 164.50. Itâ  s way off mark. The house is not any cooler.

Great job on the install. Price was ok for a bigger unit. Follow up for 2-year maintenance that is part of the price not so good. You follow-up with them to make sure they come out. They have missed two scheduled follow-up appointments and the third try they called moved the appointment back. Not willing to make it right. I should have had 4 follow-up tune ups but I will only get 3 if they show up today.

I hired "Stay Cool" air conditioning company...

Get a 2nd estimate before hiring these folks. 3 days later I found out they over charged and fixed things that didn't need fixed. It was a weekend, I was desperate. They got me air for 3 days then gave me another $900 estimate for a job that ended up costing $150 with another company.

Depends on which technician gets sent to the house.

Even though I don’t think I needed a new unit they did a wonderful job putting in the new one
