The company was quick to come out when called. I was given options to choose from. They scheduled work immediately. The team that installed the A/C was courteous and professional. The overall experience was very good.

Very responsive company. They were here same day and appear to have taken care of my issue. I felt the cost was higher than it should be, based on the same or similar issue I had a year and a half ago, although I was told that more was done to hopefully keep the drain clear from backing up. Time will tell. Overall I was satisfied.

The last company that checked my unit charged almost twice as much, and gave me less information. Now I know what my options are. Also they sent someone out within an hour.

Our A/C system died and Tyler was great working with us on financing and gave us a great price on a new system. The installer were professional and knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. They also made sure everything was up to code before they finished.

We contacted Velocity after another company actually ripped us off for a quick $200. Since I can't say anything nice about them I won't mention their name. Tim, the Velocity Tech, did a thorough troubleshoot and quickly pointed out an issue that likely came from a factory warranted part and made the repairs. The freon replacement was a substantial cost but the overall repair cost was fair and very much worth it. Tim answered all questions and explained what was needed. He also took pictures and provided written explanation for the manufacturer's parts warranty issue. I really appreciate Great Service.

They were very quick to respond. Came and gave me an estimate on Thursday afternoon and returned Friday morning to replace my old AC unit. I am very satisfied with them.

Overcharged and unit didn't even work 24 hours after they came out. Horrible customer service.

I was told that the cost of repair of one existing unit would be included in the price of the replacement of a second unit that was beyond repair. when the unit was supposedly repaired it only worked for about 10 hours before it died again. when i called them back they did not honor the agreement made by their salesman Eric. they told me this was considered a new problem because the unit worked for 10 hours. i then had to pay about $900 for the second repair and it didn't work again everything froze up. the tech sent couldn't find the issue because we shut the system down until the tech got here and when we turned it back on it was working. Now every day since we have to shut the unit down for several hours to get the unit to defrost and turn it back on to cool the rooms in that zone because it is still not working correctly. the tech suggested that a blower motor might be going bad but he was not sure because it might be a clog in a small opening. well what it is I don't know and they will surely charge me for a new motor and God knows what else they will try to add. Spending almost $9k already What will I have to do file bankruptcy to cover the next supposed "new" repair that they never fixed correctly to begin with. Beware and make sure you get it in writing because their word means nothing. I am living proof of of that

Technicians Edwin , John, and Eric are all very knowledgeable regarding AC systems, prompt, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend Velocity as an AC company.

Our A/C was fixed within 1 hour of us calling Velocity - they sent someone right away, and he was able to fix the unit quickly and efficiently. Also, the repairer identified some issues with the original install of the unit, and resolved all of those issues as part of the call out. Excellent service - Velocity will be our first call for A/C service and repair in the future.
