After initial visit on Monday took until Friday to get new part - various excuses from we did not have your correct number to arrived damaged had to be re-ordered. Service person left one of the parts to be installed laying in my driveway! Took another four days to have some one come out and finish this very expensive repair. I do not recommend them and I doubt I will use HomeAdvisor again.

They arrived on time and fixed the issue. But I will say be careful they will try to sell you stuff you do not need. I just needed a new capacitor on my compressor (couple hundred dollars) and they tried to get me to replace the entire compressor (several thousand dollars) without even testing the capacitor first. Luckily, I know enough about A/C to ask him to test getting an entire new compressor which by the way is only 6 years old to begin with. He was knowledgeable though and did a good job on the repairs and took pictures.

Purchased a new A.C. Unit from this company. Good price and great service. Workers very courteous and friendly.I was happy they were able to install the unit the same day! They also cleaned up very well before they left. Would definitely recommend this company.

Showed up 1.5 later than the window, lost out on taking my wife out to lunch , tbe.

It was l little more expensive than I thought it should be but they came out very quickly and did a great job.

I purchased an entirely new HVAC system from Velocity and they seemed to do a sufficient job during installation, but a month later, the AC stopped working. After a $200 service charge, it was repaired. The issue happened again a month and a half later. It turns out, they installed the condensate drain line on an incline so it was backing up, filling with algae, and then triggering the float switch. Fast forward a year and a half to this winter and I noticed that the house was not getting warm. Turns out, they also forgot to install the heating elements in the furnace (even though I was charged for parts and labor!). They agreed to install the heating elements but claim that the wiring they installed initially only supports a lower wattage heater than I paid for and are refusing to refund me for the cost of the better heater or to run new wiring. Literally, the worst HVAC experience I have ever had.

They were very quick. They replaced our air conditioner that day with a more energy efficient unit. Our A/C now runs on auto so that our house stays the same temperature whether itâ s cold or hot outside. They guaranteed a reduction in our power bill which we will have to wait to verify.

Very friendly and good service

Victor explained everything in detail from the cheapest option which would just have bought a couple of years to the most expensive. Even though I am laid off we chose the most expensive and was leery but now couldn't be happier. We didn't know what a decent A/C was before. Our old system never worked this good even when it was new. And they provided us with an awesome loaner portable A/C so we could stay cool till the work was done. Would definitely use them again.

Absolute nightmare. Due to Improper installation of our new AC unit, the system leaked condensation in my walls and flooring. On top of horrible customer service and lying employees we have received ZERO help whatsoever from anyone on their team. Supervisor laughed when I explained the problem and asked to speak to a man who knew what he was actually talking about. This company will costs us thousands in restoration to our newly bought home and they could not care less. The manager started texting me at 8 o clock at night and offered to fix the issue they caused but they had months to fix it and I had called about 30 times to get help.

Took a second visit to completely fix the issue. But Completely met expectations afterward.

Very responsive, even after hours. I had three units replaced and they completed the removal and installation in one 8-hour work day.

The worst experience ever! I would never recommend them! All they care about is sending you salesman with the title of **technician** to tell you that your a/c is 100% dead and that you need a new one, then charge you $49.00 for the visit!

Honest, professional = fast resolution to 100% address problem. Very, very much appreciated = will definitely use again, & highly recommend.

They were the most professional AC company Iâ ve ever used they were prompt at the house within an hour diagnosed issue and researched parts finding that they were still under warranty which I received as a considerable discount they went above and beyond cannot say enough about this company

They responded promptly to my request for service and had a technician out the same day!
