Scammed out of $13,900 and left with broken/damaged 65” flat screen TV, broken dishes, broken desks, drained savings account, and more. The company that Trinity brokered (We Care For You) for my family forced us to pay $5,000 over the estimate that Trinity provided. An abundance of items were damaged and broken in transit. We were contracted for a specific date of drop off. After that day came and went, both companies told us that they have thirty working days to deliver and to suck it up. Contracts from BOTH companies state that neither is responsible for damaged items. We later found that countless BAIT AND SWITCH complaints have been reported to the Better Business Bureau via reading Reddit posts. Do your homework even if Angi says the company is ok. Good luck!

They were responsive and came when they were supposed to. They quoted a price and wanted me to give a deposit but never gave me the acknowledgment or receipt. I was unhappy with that and did not use them.
