Description of Work: I called the company to get an estimate for either installing sod in my yard or simply delivering it for me to do the work. The gentleman I talked with insisted on giving me only a "ballpark" estimate over the phone, rather than coming out, looking at my yard and putting his estimate in writing. Parts of my lawn are in good shape, while other areas need sod badly, but this didn't seem to matter to him.

+ -1 moreMike came out to provide a quote and answered all our questions, giving helpful advice and suggestions. Our main concern was the drainage in our yard and asked for a slope towards the back fence when reshaping the dirt. Mike also suggested the use of Palmetto St. Augustine since it holds up better in the shade (our back neighbor has a large oak covering our yard half the day), cold and draught. Grass was delivered the day before and installed in one day. Clean up was perfect and no scraps/trash was left in the yard. The left over grass that wasn't used was picked up the following day and our initial quote was reduced to reflect the unused pieces.
Description of Work: We laid a total of 3,800 sq. feet of sod in our backyard, after adding a patio and sprinkler system.

I can not say enough on how impressed I am on the quality of product and service this company provided. Not only did they install the grass, Cody provided us with tips and instructions on how to keep our new lawn alive and beautiful.
Description of Work: We had our 2,200.00 square foot lawn torn out and replaced with "Pete Floratam" St. Augustine grass.
