+ -1 moreTHE PERSON AT HOME DEPOT SAID THAT FOR BATHROOMS AND KITCHENS YOU SHOULD USE SOMETHING I THINK SHE CALLED A PASTE ACTIVATOR. THIS ACTIVATOR IS ADDED TO THE WATER; YOU WET THE PAPER TO MAKE THE PASTE HOLD BETTER. I TOLD MR. MILLER ABOUT THE PRODUCT I HAD TO WORK THE DAY THE HE HUNG THE PAPER AND I LEFT MY WIFE A CHECK FOR $475 OF THE $585.00 TOTAL THAT WE HAD AGREED UPON. I LIKE TO INSPECT THE WORK BEFORE MAKING FULL PAYMENT ON ANY BIG JOB DONE AT MY HOME. WHEN MY WIFE GAVE HIM THE CHECK, HE TOLD HER THAT HE HAD COMPLETED THE WORK AND HE WANTED FULL PAYMENT. SHE FELT VERY INTIMIDATED BY HIM AND WROTE HIM A CHECK OUT OF HER ACCOUNT FOR THE DIFFERENCE. I PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT TO YOU AT THAT TIME BUT THIS IS NOT SOMETHING I ENJOY DOING. IN ORDER TO PREVENT THE PAPER FROM PEELING AWAY ALONG THE TILE EDGES AND WINDOWS, I PUT SILICONE CALKING ALONG THOSE EDGES AND I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THEM. NOW SEVERAL OF THE SEAMS ARE STARTING TO LIFT AND I AM NOT HAPPY SERVICE.

+ -1 moreTodd did a great job! He always came when he was scheduled, if not he called to let me know ahead of time if he was running late. Very punctual and honest. - Member called after the fact and wanted to change the grade.

Description of Work: The lowest of 3 estimates by $4 per roll. Can not even see the seams, he did an excellent job. It looks like it's hand painted on the wall. Very clean, set up everything in advance and everything sparkled when he was done.
