Everything went well in installation. Very nice guys.

Our plumbing woes started the evening before we called Tampa Bay Plumbing with our main toilet completely nonfunctional and sewage water backed up and flooded through the shower drain in our master bath with drainage/pressure issues in our other bathroom as well. We were able to stabilize the situation that night and called the following morning. I explained the situation and they were very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone and said someone would be out in a couple of hours. I fully expected the typical 4+ hour window of availability much later in the day, but in less than 2 hours I received both an email and text with a picture of the employee who would be coming out saying that he was already on his way. Very professional and put me at ease immediately. Charles was wonderful (and great with our dog too!), and after a quick assessment recommended clearing the blockage through our roof vent, an option I didn't even know was a possibility. He explained the process, I signed a written estimate, and he carried out the job in under an hour. We didn't pay one penny over the original written estimate (with the estimate and invoice also emailed). Charles cleared the blockage at 60 feet and then went an additional 40 ft to ensure everything was flowing well past the city clean out. Excellent service from beginning to end. Would definitely call them again if we have any further plumbing issues and recommend to our local friends and family.

Great. Exceeded my expectations. Clean, fast and professional. Kudos to Daniel, Robie, Brian, Zach, Geo, Robert, Eric & Julian. This was a very complicated and stressful project and they made it easy and strss free. They took care of details, concrete patch, cleaning and even moving furniture and tilework. And so fast that I can't thank them enough.

It took a lot of work on their part but it went very well.

Great. The tech, Anselmo, was on time, very outgoing and friend,y, and charged us less because the repair was for our church. Wow!

The technician was 4 hours late. After spending less then 5 minutes looking at our dishwasher he told me it was not a plumbing issue and charged me the after hours price.

Excellent work and dependable!

Everything was excellent. He told us we need a filtration and softening system for our water and is going to install that at a later date. He swept up the floor and made sure he got all the dirt. Brad did a great job.

We are very happy with the result and the experience of dealing with these guys. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Wayne was involved from start to finish. The work was more involved than normal and I didn't hear one complaint and they did the job with a pleasant attitude. Thanks Wayne, Bryan, Zack and everyone else. It was ok. Took about 1 hour to find solution. Could have been a little nicer. I informed him of my hearing disability & just feel he was a little rough.

Great! The problem started out when my toilet started to bubble and the water backed up in my shower when I would drain water out of my bathtub. I had been unable to find my sewer clean out and Mike had to spend about an hour looking for it but finally found it by running a snake through the pipes. Turned out the clean our was under about 8 inches of sod and dirt and had been cracked somehow, probably by a riding lawn mower driven over it in the past. Fortunately, there was no clean out needed, just a pipe repair and he was able to get that done within another hour of finding the valve itself. He and his helpers cleaned up and covered up all the holes they had had to dig to find the valve. Mike had asked how I had found the company and when I told him Angie's list, he was kind enough to tell me there was a coupon I could use to help with the cost of the repair. I found them to be very nice, professional and helpful with all my questions. I will definitely use them again!

Anthony was great. This was a very unusual situation involving a steam shower. I had a previous plumbing company out to fix the leak and had to fire them. Not just anyone could have fixed this leak but Anthony was up to the challenge. Good job and reasonable price.

I had another plumber quote my repairs at $600+. Tampa Bay Plumbing was prompt and professional. Completed work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. I also have them quote a price to replace a gas hot water heater with and electric one and they gave me a fair price. Very satisfied overall and will use again.

They came out promptly and were very nice, but they didn't do their job. They unclogged it but they didn't test it properly when they left, so a few days later, I had to call them again and they came back out and fixed it. I would never use them again because of the first visit.

The service call went off without a hitch. My service tech (Tony) was awesome. He was running a little late and called to alert he would be slightly late. When he arrived I explained the symptoms of our problems and what I had tried to remedy the issues. He patiently listened, we then went outside to inspect the main line where he used his camera scope and discovered spider roots. It lead him to believe there was an opening (crack) in the line. After shoveling back it was determined a larger root effectively pushed up the external sewer line and created a crack allowing growth and blockage causing our back up issues. Tony cut out the root and cut out the damaged pipes and replaced the pipes in no time. The water softner was a bonus item I mentioned I wanted removed and once again Tony took no time completing. Clearly his experience and knowledge makes him efficient and good at his profession. I thought the pricing was fair and would recommend Tony and Tampa Bay Plumbing to anyone need of service.

The plumber showed up when he said he would and did a great job. We would definitely use them again!

It was excellent. They are wonderful and I have worked with them for 6 years straight. They have serviced many of my other clients perfectly. They are always responding to calls in a timely manner. They have a 24hour service. They are very honest and have great personnel. They are reliable and affordable. I don't use anybody else and I will absolutely use them again.

The came in very promptly, performed all of the work, even saved most of my tile in the bathroom which will in turn save me money on replacement tile. They charged the agreed amount on the estimate, no shadiness.

This company was originally subcontracted by my main contractor for remodeling our master bathroom. When they jackhammered the concrete floor up to reconfigure the plumbing, we decided to have them repipe the whole house as the age of our plumbing suggested that we might be dealing with pinhole leaks in a few years -- may as well repipe while everything is ripped up! Because our main contractor is of such high quality and so reknowned, we didn't think twice about hiring these guys to repipe our house. Unfortunately, we probably should have used Angie's List to find a plumber. This company did a good job running the main trunk lines in the attic and most of the feeders down in the wall, but the biggest issues were extremely poor attention to detail. The owner was great - prior to job start he came out and we talked about what had to be done at length and was agreeable to everything. In execution however, a lot was missing, such as a fridge box and a washer box. A few other highlights: * Completely forgot about the backyard hose spigot despite showing them all of the outlets that need a repipe prior to job start. When they did fix it, the brass nipple they had was too short by about an inch...rather than wait and finish the job later, they just used what they had and now my backyard spigot just BARELY has the handle turnable without gouging the exterior wall behind it. * Supply line for toilet and sink was left leaking on the bathroom floor. * Didn't put insulation back after moving it in the attic. * Was told I was getting a check valve on the supply line outside, but had to press for it. * Very poor attention to crimping & closing off old copper supply lines. * Never got the clamps for my exterior supply line. * Very bad positioning on the pipes where they come out of the wall for the valves. Some of the placements had to be redone so that the drywall could be patched. There's others, but I don't want to trash these guys too much as I think they're a company that's growing faster than they can handle. The company did end up resolving most of these issues -- other little ones I just fixed myself and didn't bother mentioning. Long story short, I wouldn't use these guys again, but maybe I just had bad luck. Maybe I have the wrong idea of what it means to repipe a house. Be sure to get every little detail down in writing.

The representatives from Tampa Bay Plumbing were very friendly, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with their service. I will definitely use this company again, and I will recommend it to friends.

They asked me to call and remind them of the appointment the day before. That is odd, I should not have to call and remind anyone of an appointment. So, they did not show up the day they were supposed to. They also did not fix the problem. I asked for an itemized bill and they gave me the total on the back of a card. They do not state they are insured but, they are licensed.
