Tony and Michael showed up on time and were very neat and professional. They worked fast and removed stains that we thought would never come out! We were truly amazed how good our carpets looked when they were finished - just in time for Christmas! They also deodorized our carpet which really helped with the smell of our dogs. Tony also fit us into schedule with a days notice and it was right before Christmas, we were very happy about that, since we were having company in two days. We would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Carpet looked good for 1 day than dull again, including a big stain that reappeared the following day.

They did an awesome job. I was wowed by their tile floor pressure washing machine. It returned my tile and grout to pristine clean condition. They did a similar excellent job on my carpet. I will most certainly use them again.

My husband and I are very pleased with the Service that they provided. Michael and Tony are very Professional, and worked very hard to meet our needs. We had some stubborn stains on our Carpet, due to our precious Angel (Dog) who was diabetic, and had some accidents. Michael worked very hard, and his word that was given to us, regarding, "If there's a way, I will do my best to get them out," and he did. Some furniture was moved, and they were careful when moving it. They worked together, ensuring that we would be satisfied. Upon completion, we were thrilled, and, Tony called the next day, to see if there were any spots that they needed to come back out and fix. We wouldn't do that to them, because even though a I had 2 LITTLE spots, we didn't find it necessary to have them come out. Truly, they are excellent, professional, and thorough. We will us them again, in the future, and not wait so long to have them return. Thank you both, for helping us, and making our home look they way, that we like to live. Now I need to find someone to re-stretch some areas in our Carpet, that my mother in law due to shuffling her feet, has caused. Again, thank you for being such a great Company!

OMG! This is by far the BEST carpet cleaning I have ever had. I could not be more pleased. Absolutely tremendous job! I was astounded at the before and after results. We have two cats and one 2-year old 44 lb. border collie. She was a puppy in this home and--- you get the picture. There were areas in rooms where she sleeps or plays and the carpeting was greasy dirty and stained--I thought it was a lost cause, but Mike and Tony got every single stain out. I couldn't believe it. Other cleaner companies tried in the past but failed. Our home has two stories, 4 bedrooms, loft, bonus room and den plus a walk-in closet in the master. Price was also excellent! They even cleaned my two area rugs without my asking. Great service. Both guys are completely professional, on time and very courteous. Couldn't say enough about them. I completely recommend their service.

First, let me say that I am not easily impressed. I try not to be h****** people because I have found that most people don't make big efforts to impress people. People often feel like doing a good job is "A" level of service, but not in my book. "A" service is doing an excellent job AND going above and beyond and that is what Mike at America Carpet and Tile Cleaning does EVERY TIME they come to my home. If there were a higher rating than "A" then I would award that rating to Mike. They have been my home several times to clean carpets and tile. They last time they were here, Mike said he could clean my furniture and have it looking like new. I hesitated to believe Mike but I also trusted him because we have done so much business with him. So I booked him out and WOW is all I can say. I have SIX dogs, and so our carpet, tile, grout and furniture are always in need of cleaning. I have a particular set of furniture that is about 8-years old and resides in the "teen room". This is the bonus room where my (now 20 year old) son brings his friends, plays video games, eats, sleeps, and serves as they doggie hang out room most of the time as well. The furniture was NASTY, but it was upstairs and out of the view of others and used by my teenager and his friends. So, it served its purpose. My thoughts were that it would be trashed when my son eventually moves out on his own. Now that Mike has cleaned it, it looks BRAND NEW and is suitable for my son to take for his first place. The other furniture was not anywhere near as challenging, but six dogs do take their toll, and that furniture looks brand new too! While I am impressed with this, I am also impressed with Mike's commitment to details. He misses nothing and wants everything to look as good as possible. He always do something extra for me, just a little something here or there. Today, he cleaned a pet stain from one of the area rugs that he just cleaned a few weeks ago and the dogs decided would make a fresh potty spot. This is not what I had him out here for, nor what I paid him for, but that is a perfect example of Mike going above and beyond and why I continue to have him out here, time and time again. On top of all that he is friendly, flexible, and ALWAYS on time and reliable. I trust him implicitly and know that if he recommends something, it is for my benefit and not to just make money off me.

They are amazing! I have recommended them to friends and my friends told me that they could not believe how well they did. They walk in at the time they say they will be here. They work their hearts out and the work is phenomenal. They clean carpets the living room, dining room and hallway. There were stains that they were able to get the out. The drying time is fast too. We could not brag about them anymore! My son also has been using them for years and the was the one who recommended them to us. The two owners are the ones who do the cleaning and they both come out every time. They are remarkable.

They have been with them for about 3-4 years. My wife has a favorite Berber rug and they come out to clean that for us. They are always prompt, on time and provide great conversation. Both of the employees come out together. I always feel comfortable with paying for their service. They always take their time and if there is a spot on the rug they always use a spot cleaner. Once they were even running late and they called us ahead of time to let us know.

They cleaned them for me at a very reasonable price. They did a great job and even cleaned a chair for me. They did a fantastic job on the upholstery. I've had them for a couple of years now. My daughter had them and recommended them to me. They're very nice and personable.

Owners Tony Hruby and Mike Pomice called when they were on their way. I got an appt within 2 days of my initial call at my desired time. They cleaned my large white couch and two large striped ottomans. They came out like new. I'd had them cleaned a few months back by another company and many stains remained. I got this company from the phone book on a lark. I am extremely pleased. Both men are polite, clean, and friendly. No mess was made at all. Perfect!

TONY AND HIS HELPER DO A VERY GOOD JOB OF A CLEANING. THEY ARE ON TIME AND VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. THEY WILL MOVE LARGE FURNITURE WHEN NEEDED. THEY ARE ALSO PROMPT.
