Process was very easy. Mike and crew were on time and ready to work. He reviewed the areas to be cleaned and we discussed what furniture to move and what to leave. Pre-treated all the area to be cleaned with sprayer before using truck mounted machine to power clean the carpet. We were appalled at the difference in the carpet appearance before and after. We had not idea the carpet was so light a color compared to what we were used to since we moved in. Overall effect was striking and the change in household aroma was remarkable. The carpets dried in several hours and the appearance is terrific. Because the carpet was so dirty, unbeknownst to us, we will probably have them done again in 6 - 9 months to get additional deep dirt out. We plan to replace the carpet with engineered hardwood but Mike made it look so good we may delay our plans for a while longer.

They did an outstanding job for us and even went a little beyond what they were expected to do. We have a large, carpeted walk-in closet and they cleaned that even though it was more than the square footage we had purchased. They were quick, courteous and efficient. No problems at all with the work they did. Would definitely hire them again!

Very professional, polite-- has a scheduling miscommunication but was able to reschedule to my satisfaction. Carpets look great. Tile/ grout didn't come completely clean but they offered to come back.

I was not home my husband was. I just had upper and lower back surgery in August 26, 2015. My girl friend took me to a doctors appointment that I had in Clearwater. When I got home I was so amazed I had tear coming down my face. The carpet in my home was the original carpet when I bought it 4 to 5 years ago. I hated this carpet so bad because I could never get it clean not even with my own Bissell Deep Carpet Cleaner that broke a year ago. This company brought it back to life. Bright and beautiful. I never seen how beautiful this carpet really looked until they cleaned it and they deodorized it. My house was smelling like cherry blossom. My When you go to a carpet and title store to pick out a carpet for your home to have it place down that is how my carpet looked when they got finished with it. I will be using this company again in the near future again. I hope that they continue to have special like they did so I can have them to come back before Christmas. I hope that this time I will get to meet the nice gentle men's that my husband told me so much about so I can give them a big hug and bake them some homemade chocolate chip cookies. Sincerely, C. They were punctual, professional and personable :). The floors were so clean I didn't want to walk on them. I feel the price was very reasonable for the job as they honored the Angie's List price even though I didn't purchase the package online ( I am a List member though). I will definitely call them again.

They arrived early after calling first to make sure it was okay. They were courteous, quick, did an excellent job, and left clear plastic squares under the legs of the furniture so everything could be put back right away.

He was prompt; did a very professional job; was courteous and when they finished, the carpet looked brand new even though it is 12 years old. I would definitely recommend them and I will have them again to do my carpets.

They called ahead of time to let me know exactly when they would be arriving, which I appreciated. They worked very quickly but very professionally. They did a great job - the carpets look brand new. first of all, Michael called me back and confirmed the appointment. Then he and his associate showed up on time as they said they would. My husband and I did not have much hope for our carpet since it is 20 years old and pale blue. plus we have an aging dog and the last carpet cleaner did an awful job, but when Michael took a look around the house, he said he would give it his best shot. Boy did he ever!!!! He showed me as he was cleaning how much dirt was coming out and it was amazing!!!! Our carpet looks almost new again!! We were blown away. He is easy to talk to and concentrated on his work and did a wonderful job! In fact, he is coming back in November to touch up the main rooms before the holidays!!! Micheal and Tony arrived on time and looked professional and clean. Tony cleaned the rugs and worked to get everything spotless. My rugs weren't terribly dirty except in the traffic areas. Did great job cleaning carpets. Moved furniture and returned furniture to original location - even put little styrofoam wedges under corners of furniture to allow for better drying. They were prompt, courteous, extremely fast and gave us some tips re: carpet care. I would use their services again!
