They showed up at my door on time and we reviewed any special areas in the three rooms to be cleaned. They started the cleaning process which took about 70 minutes. I checked all the rooms from the hallway and everything looked perfect. Great job! Very satisfied.

This experience was top notch from start to finish. Micheal took my phone call on Tuesday with the request for the above carpet cleaning. I had a very tight window of time and he was able to honor my request for cleaning on Friday. He called on Friday morning to confirm the appointment and time, telling me then that he would call when he was about 30 minutes away, which he did. Micheal and Miquel arrived on time, assessed the job and went to work right away. The carpet looks fabulous! They were able to remove the stains I pointed out which was great. They were both extremely polite and very professional, and friendly as well. I will definitely hire them again! Micheal gave me a quote for cleaning my tile which I will have America Carpet and Tile Cleaning do when it suits my schedule. One of the best Angie's List providers I have had the pleasure of using. Not only A rated but A+.

I was very pleased with this company. Mike scheduled and did the work. He did a great job estimating the final cost, and the work performed was high quality and fast. I have two small dogs and he was able to completely remove a few areas that had been stained with pet urine. I needed a receipt for the cleaning so I could provide it to my rental company. This was a little difficult because they use PayPal and I didn't receive the receipt right away for some reason. Lisa attempted to send it a few times. I finally was able to get a copy from a text she sent, and the receipt did turn up in my email two days later. This was a small issue, but Lisa and Mike were again great at working through it for me. In the end, the work was done very well, and they were very professional. I would certainly hire them again.

This was the best carpet cleaning service I've ever experienced. I was very impressed with the service they provided, they even lifted stains from the carpet that the other company in the yellow mustard truck claimed that could not be removed. America Carpet & Tile Cleaning cost was incredible compared to the other company which charged be double for the same service. Yes, I will be using them from now on!

They were great. Easy to schedule and arrived on time. I had not bought the coupon from Angie's List because I wasn't sure how they would count the rooms to be cleaned, as previous providers had counted the hallways as separate rooms. When Mike arrived, he counted the rooms and told me that he would honor the coupon price. We are in the midst of home renovations and had planned on replacing the old, dirty, doggy smelling carpet later this year - then my daughter called and said she was bringing our young grandchildren from up north to visit. Mike and Miguel did a great job making the carpet look (and smell!) a million percent better. They also cleaned the kitchen tile and grout making it look almost new. They were efficient, thorough, professional, and very cost effective. I will use them again, for this old carpet if necessary, and certainly for the new carpet.

Michael called in the morning to verify my appointment. They showed up on time and did a great job. I asked them to clean the tiles in the bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen tiles look brand new. Thank you for your attention for detail.

Gone are the days when I will try to clean my own carpe. tony and Michael were very professional. They arrived early, about 30 minutes, evaluated the carpets and treated it for stains. They cleaned 6 rooms and a hallway in less then one hour. I really appreciate their hard work. My carper looks great.

It was a real pleasure having Tony clean our carpets, very professional and polite. Nice to have someone who you can trust to get a job done correctly and professionally. They were a little late, which was fine and they called to let me know that, then they texted when they were 15 minutes out. Worked our great, timing wise. Walked the house with me and asked some good questions, then they went to work. Fast and efficient, quoted tile before they left. Absolutely use them again and again!
