I left a message asking for help buying shower door hinge gaskets. They never responded in any way. Pretty rude and unprofessional.

I got 3 quotes for our shower door and James was the best price. He also responded very quickly to either emails or voicemails. Always professional and courteous. His first visit he came to do measurements and showed us samples of the oil rubbed bronze trim. 15 minutes early and did what he said he was going to do and left. It was supposed to take about 7-10 business days for our special order but in fact it was about 7! We were happy it was within the timeframe he said it would be. He came the next day and installed our frameless shower door. He was very careful with the glass, making sure he didn't bump into any corners or walls. The entire job took about 3,5 hours, and it looked fantastic. James guarantees his workmanship and if anything isn't to our satisfaction he'd come back and see if he could make it better. He is very punctual, professional and delivers what he says he will. On top of that his pricing is very good too! I would highly recommend him to our friends and family.

Arrived on time. Stuck to estimate even though more time and work required to complete job. Mirror weighed about 80 pounds. James centered the mirror to my wife's specifications. Used heavy duty screws and, for extra insurance, used additional braces at bottom of mirror to give extra support because he could see I was concerned about making the installation doubly secure. I chatted with James throughout the installation. He impressed me as a contractor I could trust. to give me a truthful evaluation of the work to be done and an estimate he would stick to. I will look for the chance to use James' services in the future, and I will recommend him to others in my retirement community.
