This was a wonderful experience. My highest praise to Victor went for his superb service and responsiveness. Whenever we called him or had questions he made himself available to explain or respond to our concern. He even came on a weekend (TWICE) to answer my questions. The job he did was masterful!! The backyard looks wonderful! His crew was pleasant and professional and I enjoyed having them at and around my home. The subs that Victor brought in were magnificent. He brought in Tim Knapp to build the new pool (screen) enclosure, and Tim was a complete pro, his work was perfect and timely! I highly recommend this man and his company as well!! I was so impressed with Tim's work, that I asked him to also replace the screen work on my existing enclosure (which is very large, and he did it in a single day, without delaying the work on my new enclosure). Victor also brought in Emmate Scott of Diamond Electric (727-458-7352), who did a MAGNIFICENT job and his prices were so reasonable, that I kept adding additional projects as we went along. Everyone that Victor brought in for this project was every bit as good as Victor; they were professional, honest, prompt, and knowledgeable of their craft. My wife and I commented that good folks tend to find one another and then work together. I will definitely hire Victor Lamb and Summit Group on my next project and recommend him without reservation. I can't imagine ever hiring anyone other than Victor Lamb after the great experience we had with his company! He is honest, fast, responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible.

That work went very well. They made very good use of what we had as far as plant material that we had on hand in really organizing that plus the plant material that came in. It was all very positive and we would tell others that they are very good people and they do very good quality work. They were a little late in getting the sod for the front yard and it was because of the weather or something like that. We will use them again for some other landscaping work. We spent about $2800.

I would definitely use them again!

1. The underground sprinkler work went okay, but they had to be reminded of code requirements for a vacuum breaker. 2. Their work schedule appeared too busy.

Originally the communication was good, setting appointment for quote and agreeing for to start. The paver's arrived earlier than promised and the workers arrived later than promised. It took several phone calls to get a definite date on when work was suppose to start. We asked specifically if they used "subs" and were told "no" but it seemed they did. The paver installers did not know English and there was a foreman popping in & out, unfortunately he was "out" when we needed to communicate to the workers. The landscaping came the following week and that went well, we needed an adjustment to the drain which was taken care of. The main reason for this work was to fix a drainage problem we had. Another company graded the lot for us and upon completion the drainage was perfect. Now that the job is complete, the last rains we had, flooded the same area that it flooded before. All in all the back yard looks great, but we will see about the drainage, next time it rains.

EXCELLENT WORK, SERVICE AND PRICE! THEY FOLLOWED UP PROMPTLY WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE. STEERED ME TO GOOD PEOPLE FOR MAINTENANCE AFTERWARDS TOO. VICTOR AND HIS PARTNER ROY WERE GREAT!
