Sully and his team did a quick and efficient job solving my rodent issue at my home in St. Petersburg. My house was built in 1954 so during his inspection he mentioned the chance of decaying cast iron pipes where the rats could be getting in. And sure enough he was right! He also showed his experience and craftsmanship in his exclusion work! Thank you so much sully for your professionalism and making my home rat free!

We had a raccoon rip open our soffit at our home in largo and we had no idea what to do or who to call. We got a few estimates and they wanted to use posion and methods that we didn't feel comfortable with. We eventually made the decision to use sullys. Ended up being a great decision. He caught momma raccoon with in two hours of setting the main trap and recovered 4 babies! Thank you and your team for the help with such a stressful situation and the peace of mind that out home is now animal proofed the correct way!

We live in Dunedin and had some scurrying in our attic. Sully's came right out and Trevor and Trace did a terrific job sealing up our house and making sure any rodents were dealt with. There were several return visits to re-check traps and then the whole attic was disinfected. I have to say that I really enjoyed working with the guys. Even my dog was in love with them. Professional, lovely and really client satisfaction driven.

Sulley is the guy I've been searching for here in Tampa Bay. Enthusiastic, thorough, responsive and transparent. Nothing reeks of sketchy. Nothing sounds embellished. We had a one week old child and saw a rat in our kitchen at 2am. When I found Sulley on Google Maps the next day, he answered the phone and came to our house the second he had an opening. He explained why and how these rats get inside. It's much more intricate than I ever knew. His team spent all day fabricating and caulking. Repaired doors, sealed thresholds, set traps, cleaned up soffits. It made you really feel like you were being taken care of for the money. He even went as far as cleaning our coat closet from all insulation and disinfecting the areas he found rat evidence. 3 weeks later we have zero evidence of rats. Our house is secure and safe. Do not hesitate to call him first. He's my one-stop shop.

Couldn't be happier with Sully's services. We had a raccoon that had broken into our chicken coop and unfortunately we lost some of our hens. We contacted Sully and he was able to come out the same day, set up a trap for us and removed the c*** before it caused any more trouble. Hopefully we won't have to but if we ever have a problem with wildlife again, we will definitely be calling Sully back. Would give 10 stars if I could!

My husband and I lived in our newly purchased home for a few months before we started to notice rodent activity. We set a couple of traps in the attic and caught a few rats but the noises in our ceilings and walls along with the smell just kept getting increasingly worse despite our efforts. He was very responsive (answering my calls and texts 24/7), very honest, ethical, respectful, and he went above and beyond in every way one could to get our job done. Our rodent situation ended up being much worse than anyone originally anticipated. The prior owners had failed to disclose that the infestation had been ongoing since 2018. Sulley got to the bottom of it and handled our infestation once and for all. He literally saved us from a nightmare. If it weren’t for Sulley, we most likely would have relocated! Shortly after handling our primary residence rodent problem, I hired him for another job for one of our rental properties which he handled efficiently. On top of being incredible at what he does, Sulley is genuinely a great guy who I had the pleasure of getting to know over the period he worked on our properties. One a 1-10 rating I’d give Sulley a 100.

Sully was great to work with. He was quick to respond, stayed in touch regarding schedule. He had to pull up decking to access the animal and did it without damaging anything. Most amazing was his eager and positive attitude especially considering this “ dirty job. “ Hope I don’t need him again but would highly recommend!!

Sally was the best. He came out to look at what we thought was an armadillo problem and consulted with us gave us good advice before setting a trap. I had what I thought was a possum or raccoon tear into my duct work under my new mobile home in Spring Hill, turned out to be rats. Sullivan was very thorough when breaking down how to fix and further prevent more rats from creating more damage. I Highly recommend this hard working company. Sullivan was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to my request to have squirrels removed from my roof soffits, sealed all potential entry ports and repaired damage done by the squirrels. Communication was great all along the way-easy to get in touch with and always let me know when he would be arriving the day before and when he was on the way to my home. After getting in contact with multiple pest control companies and having an employee from each company come out and give me quotes, I decided to take a chance and get a quote from a relatively new company and surprisingly the owner came and did the quote, which I thought was very respectable and he was also on time unlike other companies. The estimates from other companies I felt like I was being hassled into buying their services, but with Sullys Rodent Remediation & Wildlife Control, there was no hassle and pressure to make a decision right away and I felt like I was being educated about the my pest issue and was able to have a conversation with him about preventions after the pest were gone; rather than other companies forcing a price on me and trying to get to get in and out of the estimate ASAP. I took and risk with a newer pest control company and it was the best decision I’ve made in a while. The quote was extremely reasonable and the job was done in a timely manner and after the job was finished, they left the condition of my property just as it was before they started the job.
