Stained Glass Studio

When I went in to take the classes, I was told that you take the class and pay the money and any time you want to come in and they will give you any help you need. The first time I went in, the lady who owns the place, she comes by and says "I'm going to charge you for a private class". They have one or two employees in there working on stained glass. The second time I went in, my instructor told me she would help me with a piece but when I got there, the lady who worked there told the instructor right in front of me, that she shouldn't help me. The instructor helped me anyway and she was really nice. Later, as I'm grinding the pieces, another employee comes up to me and says you can't use the grinder for more than an hour. No one told me this and I was angry, so I left. I later asked the owner about this and she said this was not true. I told her about all the annoyances I've experienced but she didn't seem to care. I was suppose to get a student discount here but it was incredibly overcharged. I ended up having to pay for a couple of items I did buy. They treated me really bad. It seemed like every class I took, students were dropping out. I wanted this to be fun but it ended up being frustrating. These people treated me terrible! It seemed like all the employees had a problem with me for no reason what so ever. They would even cancel classes on several occasions. It's a shame, because as a brand new student, you need help! These people were hateful and unwilling to help new comers.

Everything went perfect. The staff were great to work with and the glass work is just beautiful.
