Fixed one area outside that did not need repaired and was not leaking. Told me it was my inside toilet that was leaking. Needed fill replacement. After giving me a price of almost $600 for a toilet plus addl to repair costs i purchased the toilet myself for $148. He said he could not help what he was charged from his supplies to explain the difference. After replacing toilet he texted me leak was verified fixed. 3 days later I found out he had never verified the leak. Leak turned out to be outside in backyard. Toilet he put in had to be completely replaced it had not been properly put in and was cracked during replacement. Complete waste of time. Tenant verified he never checked to see if in fact the toilet was the cause of the house leak. This cost be $200 to have redone and loss of 4 days to find the actual leak. That leak was found by another plumber in about 45 min. And fully repaired. Want full refund.

Joe and his crew did a great job. Everything was completed to my expectations including repairing and patching drywall after completion of the job.

Service One showed and left with no work being done and no contact to anyone. When called they insisted they were looking for a part, Have called repeatedly for several days now ignoring calls and business is without Bathroom. Will be turning in to BBB as well. CAUTION:

A guy was sent to view the work, was told there was a $150 service charge before an estimate was given, then told they would be here at 8 a.m. the next day to fix the problem, 9 10 a.m. no call to be told they were running late and a no show. I called the company and the guy on the phone unconvincingly indicated surprise that it hadn't been fixed, I explained that the plumber had said he would be here at 8 a.m. and he replied that he has no idea why he would say that when he was already booked to do another job and he knew it. I told him to cancel the work as I needed an emergency plumber ( reliable and professional looking ) he seemed quite pleased to cancel and apologised without offering alternative solution. My opinion is that unless it is a huge job don't waste your time with this company, not professional in my experience.

Joe was very attentive to our concerns about some plumbing work. He was very knowledgeable and timely. He kept us up to date and worked quickly.

Young Joe was a professional, efficient guy. On-time worked to solve any issue we had to my satisfaction. Good follow-up! Will put in a proper outside cleanout next week as per my suggestion. Left the work site clean the way he found it. Good plumbers are hard to find anywhere, Joe is one of the good guys. Plumbing issues call Joe at service one.

Joe is my favorite contractor. I've used him for several projects. He's very honest about what's in my best interest, rather than what will generate the most revenue to him, and was clear that his philosophy is to gain a customer for life. He's gained one in me. I had him rebuild my water softener and when that repair didn't last, he came back and fixed it at no charge to me.

Joe was the absolute best. He was prompt, when other contractors created delays, did some damage, he arrived quickly on a weekend to solve the problem. The redesign of the bathroom was extensive, including digging out terrazzo flooring to move the toilet - they were amazing. Out of all the team that I used to re-do the kitchen/bath - I would recommend Joe. Spent time with him, and believe that he is a quality individual with strong business ethics.

When we got the bill after the first time he worked for us, it was much lower than we expected it to be. We have used him over twenty times since then. He is an amazing worker. I have recommended him to everybody. If he says he will be there, he will be. He's honest, punctual, and professional. I have two sons, and my youngest son adores him!
