Kenney arrived 20 minutes early, but called first to let us know. He was kind and professional. He took care of the problem and had the bathroom back in working order within 45 minutes. He also honored the $20.00 coupon I had printed out on Angie's List.

Installation was done very fast and passed inspection with no issues.

Great! They came within a day and arrived when scheduled.

Very nice folks but incompetent. The salt water system isn't working ( they're coming back tomorrow) and the shower head and leak are poorly done. The office is very professional but unfortunately the capabilities of & outcome of the work was poor. I can't recommend this firm.

The service man arrived right on time. The price was exactly as quoted and very reasonable. The work was expertly done. The service man even asked us if we knew that there was a discount offered from Angie's List. When we said no, he said he would apply the discount to our bill. How very kind of him. We have another plumbing service we have usually used but have become dissatisfied with their service. We will always be using Scotto Plumbing in the future.

Charged $49 to quote me $734 just to re-pipe water heater which wound up costing $195 with an honest company! Maybe because I'm a woman they thought they could take advantage of me? Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone!

Not well. You shouldn't have to pay $45 for an estimate, and I don't care if its taken off the price. Estimates should never cost money!

They sent 3 guys out here and they said there wasn't a problem, but there was. My toilet was going "boom". There was air getting in the lines. I called them again, and told them I am a premium member and I expect for you to send somebody who can figure this problem out because the last 3 guys failed to do it. They didn't charge me. So they sent John out, who is their most experienced plumber, and he figured out the problem. The price was good and they resolved the problem in the end, but it was a hassle.

Scotto had to snake the main drain from the roof vent to clear it. All went well.

I called at 7:30 am and was told that someone could be at my house between 12:00 & 2:00. Dale arrived before 1:00. Dale was clean and professional. He listened as I explained the problem and he explained that he was going to snake through the roof vents. He explained the items he may find and the possible other problems that may be encountered. He immediately went to work and about an hour and a half later our drains were running great. He said that there is no warranty on another clog due to the nature of material that were down drain. The problem was caused by something that was flushed. The work was performed in a professional manner and the price is what I expected to pay. I will use Scotto again if the need arises for a plumber.

The company told me that the toilet in the offer was no longer available. I asked for another model, and they offered me a lower quality toilet that was less expensive then what I paid for in the offer. They said they were going to come for an appointment and then they said they had to get the toilet. They no showed, and I called the company and they said they tried to call but couldn't get a hold of us. I asked for a refund from Angie's List. The company didn't seem to want to honor the deal they posted.

Scotto's was first rate from the young woman who answered the phone, to the fabulous technician they sent to the house. Konstantin was experienced and knowledgeable. He worked neatly and quickly--and arrived precisely at 8 am!! My window for arrival was between 8-9 am, so I was ready for a wait, but was pleasantly surprised! While he was here, he answered all my questions, gave me suggestions for when we leave the house to travel, and even inspected our main house water valve and made suggestions to replace that, as it was leaking.

It went fine! We very pleased with the work, and there were no problems.

I called Scotto Plumbing for an estimate for a home water softener system. I told the scheduler on the phone that her (Heather) suggestion of between 9 a.m. & 10 a.m. the next morning, Tuesday, April 12, 2016, would not due because I have to drive my granddaughter to school and would not be back until 9:15. Heather suggested 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and I told her that would be fine. The next morning their sales/service man showed up at 8:50 a.m. (40 minutes early). I told him that Heather scheduled the estimate between 9:30 & 10:30. He said that she or someone just called him and told him to go here. He did not know of any scheduled appointment. I told him that I would not be available until 9:30 per my conversation with Heather. He told me that maybe he'll be back or if he has another job that he may not. I said fine. He left. I waited until 10:30 and no one showed up. I thought I would do the decent thing and let Scotto know that if you do not show up on time or show up 40 minutes early for an appointment then I would not be interested anymore in doing business with them. So I called them and Heather answered the phone and I told her I was canceling the estimate for today since no one showed up on time. She said that I was still on the schedule. I told her that the scheduled appointment was between 9:30 & 10:30. Yes and your still on the schedule. I asked her what time is it now? She said 10:30. I said then you didn't show up on time..... it was then that I heard a click and she had HUNG UP ON ME. Nice customer service.............how rude!! Don't know how this business survives with an employee that hangs up on potential customers when Scotto Plumbing was at fault.

I've actually used Scott Plumbing for many plumbing needs over the last few years. I love these guys. I would recommend them over and over again. Since I am doing a lot of the remodel work on my own in my bathroom, Scotto is working with me diligently to complete the project in steps. They are always on time, keep things clean and tidy and always provide solid guidance.

Plumber ,(Keith) was good ! He installed new kitchen faucet (I purchased) into my marble kitchen counter. Charged me extra ($86) to make holes fit but saved me calling a marble installer.

When you call for you personal plumber or a related question to a plumbing problem the per on behind the phone is sometimes forgotten, Scotto plumbing has been doing excellent work for decades in the Pinellas County area , Hillsborough and Pasco too!! When your looking for that favorite plumber who comes to your home or place of business with a bright smile and clean uniforms you must not forget the person who got him there! The office is full of just as good talent as there is in the field, April and Heather make this happen, April is always making sure you get all the answers your looking for, She keeps the business on track and the plumbers informed. After the excellent service,,we sometimes forget about how we got it, It all starts in the office, dispatching, customer service and making sure you get your plumbing issues taking care of as fast as possible. So take the time to remember the first contact you made because with them your problems may take longer than you'd like, Behind every great plumber there are others work just as hard or even harder to make sure your problems are handled. When my tenant told me there was a backup of water in the dishwasher they weren't using, we first tried to get an appliance repairman. We were told it would be almost 2 weeks before anyone was available. I used Angie's list to contact Scotto's,,whom we have used before and was told they would come the next day. They did, unfortunately to the wrong address. But the plumber was gracious about that and appeared at the correct address, diagnosed the problem and agreed to also clean out the dishwasher. All of this was done quickly and cheerfully, honoring the discount offered online.

It went fine, he arrived on time, was professional and articulate, did the flush properly, also found problem with the burner, replaced it and we had hot water again. But as I say, I think the price is too high for what he did.

Dale was on time and is always a consummate professional. Job was completed neat and clean in two hours.

Spencer was really prompt, in fact he was a little early, which is always a good thing. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He was very personable and polite and cleaned up and hauled everything off. Once installed and cleaned up, he showed me how to tighten the seat should it become loose. The toilet that was taken out was original to my home that was built in 1946. It was WAY past time for it to go. The cost was more than I had expected, but that was totally due to the flange that was cracked and needed replacing. I also upgraded the toilet to a top of the line model. I don't think that a toilet is where you try to cut corners. I will definitely use them again. Thanks Spencer for doing such a great job. Especially since you are tall and you had to work in a small space.
