As usual the work was done in an efficient and thorough manner.

Moen kitchen faucet needed part. Part arrived the next day. Scotto came back out the next day and fixed faucet.

I have used them several times over the last two years. The total cost was $350, they had come out once before for a certain amount, and then they charged the difference the second time. The price was fair. They gave a discount because they came out a second time. They were willing to work with me. I would use them again.

Very experienced, punctual, professional and patient with my questions. They took care of the leak and gave me an appropriate discount. They were very nice and I would highly recommend them to others.

The plumber reviewed both projects - described what he would be doing and gave an estimate before starting. He completed both jobs in less than 2 hours. Professional installation for both. Dale knew right away what the problem was and how to fix it. He patiently explained what he was going to do and when finished he explained how to keep the disposal running smoothly. Rarely do I encounter such kind, professional and knowledgeable technicians. In the future I will return to Scotto's for the prompt service and the great job Dale did.

Our plumbing had backed up and we needed to have our main line cleaned out. We don't have a cleanout at ground level so the tech had to go in through the roof vent. He cleaned the line and collected the fee and left. He never mentioned that he had damaged the roof vent in the process. I noticed the damage when I went up on the roof for another issue and noticed that the vent was worn through on one side where the snake had been turning and ate trough the vent. I called Scottos and someone came out and fixed the vent.

This is the third time I use them this month and they do good work. They're quick and reliable, and they maybe on the pricey side but they do it right the first time.

I have worked with Justin, Heather, and Eric at Scotto's who are all extremely helpful and professional. I love the customer service they provide. They are actually the 9th plumbing company I tried and now I have finally found my go to plumbing company. I will use them for all future jobs. The cost is good, their knowledge is exceptional, their customer service is great. They always answer the phone and the one time I did leave a message on a Sunday, I received a call back within 10 minutes. They also provided a solution to the slow draining sink that no other of the 8 plumbers could. I love this company and the people I worked with. Thank you so much for the excellent service.

The end product was satisfactory. However, two issues arose which negatively affected overall experience. 1) The service technician spoke ill of other service providers throughout the process. 2) The work was provided on a escalating fee scale. In other words, the longer the repair time, the more per hour charged.

Pick them. They are good. They are very professional. They are prompt and show up on time! The staff is polite, informed and do the job efficiently.

I made phone calls to several plumbers on Angie's List. Scotto's actually answered the phone. Three others did not. I stated the specific work needed in detail and asked specifically if the work could be done on the day scheduled. They said yes that would not be a problem. I took the day off of work which cost me 303 dollars of salary. The tech arrived at approximately the 12:30 which was in the window of time scheduled. The tech stated he was there to do an estimate and that the work would not be completed today as he did not have the necessary materials to complete the job. I now have concrete coming tomorrow and my water pipe is not moved. I didn't not continue to call to schedule any others as they were well rated on the list. I will not be utilizing this company for any of my plumbing needs in the future.

Scotto Plumbing Services Inc is a little pricey.

The replacement kitchen faucet was an unusual complicated touch type from Grohe but they installed it perfectly .All the existing valves and water lines were a mess underneath the sink, they replaced it with better quality valves and lines and did an amazingly neat and tidy job. Everthing was laid out for easy access

We had gone through 2 plumbers before we used Scotto. Every time it was for raw sewage smell in the guest bath and laundry room. Each time some small section of plumbing was replace but the next day the smell was back. Scotto's came out and actually looked under the house and the pitch of the main drain. They found a split in a y fitting and that it was also draining towards the kitchen. They booked the job out a few days and 2 guys came and spent half a day fixing everything. 3 weeks later we are still odor free and everything is draining perfectly! Thanks everyone at Scotto! You guys rock!

Scheduled appointment and they came on time. Fixed the problem very well but the price was a bit too high to pay for such a repair
