Showed up earlier than expected, which was great. Gentlemen were very polite and friendly. They were very efficient in taking care of the problems and were gone within an hour. We have used Scotto Plumbing before and always very pleased.

Excellent and professional work. This was not an easy project. My house was built in 1938. All of the repiping was done in the crawl space with the tech and the helpers on their back. The team showed up each day on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day. At the end of each day, the lead tech told me what work had been completed and what work would be done the next day. I was most impressed by the fact that they did not oversell me. Initially, we all thought that my drain lines and sewer line would need to be replaced. When the team got the camera to the house, they determined these lines were in good shape and that work was unnecessary. Good, honest, hard working professionals. I was extremely impressed and I would hire again. My team was Brandon / tech, Tyler/ helper and Antonio / helper.

Scotto Plumbing, particularly Rich and Eric, were a pleasure to deal with to help complete our project. Since we had to have our garage flooring redone, it was timely to purchase a new water heater. We needed to coordinate removing the old water heater, relocating the water softener (with a later re-install) and then installing a new water heater. Being without the water heater for a week was a challenge (d/t garage flooring work being done at the same time). It was important that we did all of this in a timely manner. Rich and Eric were great to have and even recommended a Rheem water heater that was of a better quality with a limited lifetime warranty that was not very much more expensive. The office staff also was very good at communicating and the overall process went just as hoped for! We highly would recommend Scotto for your plumbing needs!

Guys showed up on a Sunday within an hour. Snaked from house to street.

The men who did this work were skilled and professional. They explained everything before doing the work. They treated the sink drain with an enzyme and replaced the stopper mechanism. So far, so good. I would definitely use Scotto's again.

Scotto sent a worker in training, but also sent a master plumber to observe work being done. They were in & out in 30 minutes and cleaned up after themselves. If your a senior they have a 10% discount or $20 off job work if an Angies member.

Josh was incredible to work with. He recognized the issues we faced beforehand, and correctly calculated and installed the required size tankless heaters for our home. He also removed our two existing dinosaur hot water heaters, without making a mess! He also choreographed the process with the electrician so that job (which required several days to perform) never left us without electricity or hot water! What a joy and a comfort to work with conscientious, punctual, and competent individuals!!! We have already engaged his services to change out our water softner.

Great. The old faucet was rusted where it connected and they had to cut it off. They did a professional job and the new one looks and works perfectly.

efficient, friendly, helpful advice given

During the initial consultation, they identified poor installation techniques from previous plumbing company that installed my old LP unit and recommended an electrician to install the power for the new unit as it was LP. All went well and they suggested a timer to save on water heating costs. Very professional in their approach, scheduling, advice and installation.

Crew arrived on time and replaced the hot water tank with no issues.

My toilet had been clogging every few months and my regular plumber would not ever return my calls. So a friend recommended Scotto's and they were awesome. Service appointment was for 12-2 arrival time, and I got a phone call stating they had a plumber available 2 hours early. The gentleman and his assistant were both very professional and didn't look down on me for my questions. My toilet was replaced quickly and everything looks and works great. I will definitely call Scotto's again when I need work done.

They can't find the trim for the existing valve, which is outdated. That is fine. I called them twice about what were my options. They said someone would call me and I have not heard from them. Now, I have a non-working shower for over three weeks. I have used them it the past and they were good up until this point. Highly recommend to not use them!

Great, they were in and out in less than an hour. Guys were really nice and even though there was a slight misunderstanding on the work order, they were more than happy to take care of what was originally honored.
