Excellent!

My roof had several new leaks that occurred during the heavy rain from the latest hurricane. I called Sander & Sons Roofing, Inc. because they had an excellent rating and positive reviews. I didn't have time to get numerous estimates because I needed the work completed within a week. They gave me an estimate, which I accepted, and they installed a new honeycomb ridge vent today. They kept me informed as to their approximate arrival time and the work was done in a timely manner. I am relieved they could complete the work in the allotted time.

I was so impressed with their honesty and integrity. They said that they didn't feel good charging me for something that was so simple to fix.

Came out same day, reviewed the roof near area of leak. Saw several sources of possible leaks and said they could be fixed by re--caulking areas the original roofer missed. Told me where to caulk and where to buy the specialized caulk for metal roofs. Said I could do myself due to simple skills needed. No charge. A heavy rain has occurred since without leaks. Thanks again.

Wonderful Experience, highly recommend this company!!! The owners were responsive and highly communicative. All of my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. I was provided with all new plywood in rotted areas free of charge. I was provided with a certificate of warranty for both Sander and Sons' workmanship AND the manufacturer of the materials. I was even provided with a wind mitigation report that my insurance company used to lower my premium. Quick Work, Clean Job! Only problem I had was waking up grouchy because they came so early...my fault, not theirs! I would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to my real estate clients as well!!

Although we did hit a few bumps along the road, Sanders & Sons went above and beyond to make it up and ensure my satisfaction. Everybody makes mistakes, but it is how people deal with the aftermath that matters. Sanders dealt with the issues we encountered in the most professional manner and made sure I was 100% satisfied, even sending out a crew to my place after the inspection was passed and after the roof was paid for, which by Florida standards is quite amazing. This left me not only with a roof I feel good about, but also made me feel confident that Sanders & Sons is a company I can count on to honor its contract and warranty, which is priceless.

Sander and Sons Roofing just finished replacing the roof on our 1964 ranch house. We originally contacted them in December while the house was under contract and had a very good first impression upon meeting Alex and Joey. The quote was fair and in-line with other bids we received. When the work was finished, we were very please with the quality and follow-through. We highly recommend them.

It was Friday evening and we discovered that our commercial building had a leak in the flat roof. We called several roofing contractors, including those that indicated that they had a 24 hour emergency crew; however, Sander and Sons was the only contractor that was willing to help on the weekend. And, I am so glad they did. Alex visited the property on Saturday, examined the leak and explained the problem in detail. Then, he proceeded to work on the leak the very same day as he realized our need was immediate given the approaching tropical storm. Alex is a very kind man who went above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable and his pricing is reasonable. I would highly recommend Sander & Sons. In fact, we are planning on using them to replace the entire roof once the storm passes.

We were extremely pleased with Sander and Sons Roofing. We had a few companies come out to bid on replacing our roof. Sander and Sons went on the roof to inspect (not every company does - one company even used Google maps to bid without seeing the roof), discuss some problem areas on the roof, and gave a bid same day. Their quote was detailed and included removal of 2 layers of shingles, replace any rotting wood (even unforeseen rotted wood), materials, replacing shingles, and installing a new skylight. No other company offered to replace any rotting wood that they didn't catch. This was a big deal to us as we didn't want expensive surprises. It was a bonus that their bid was also the lowest. We visited the supplier of the shingles and picked out the color and was able to see the actual shingles that would be used. They were a quality Owens Corning shingles. The supplier gave a good recommendation of this company as well - said they use highest grade nails, materials, and the most current venting shingles. This is a father and son company and both were very responsive. They would either answer or return their calls the same day. The foreman on the job was also very responsive. We had a couple of questions and he was able to answer right away. They cleaned up all nails and debris before leaving the job. This was important as we had a 3 year old who plays outside. They were very respectful and easy to work around. The job was completed quickly. We would definitely recommend this company.

Very good at changing dates as other trades weren't finished with their jobs. Placed plywood on paver driveway to help prevent paver damage and what was damaged, they replaced pavers. Taking off the tiles took most of the time and was very hard work - crew were up on the roof as soon as they arrived and barely took a break. Always professional, cleaned up afterwards. Did not charge for any plywood or facia they replaced. The whole job took about a week. They couldn't have been a nicer crew.

lI found Sander & Sons on Angie's list and chose them because of their excellent reviews and ratings. Working with Alex, Joey and their crew and seeing how they professionally performed the task of installing my new roof, which came out magnificent, all the reviews I read held true but even better. My experience with this company far exceeded those reviews. What I mean by that is: Once the date was set to start work they were their and tirelessly continued with much care for quality until the project was done. There was care for not ruining my driveway and all of my landscaping. Although some of my pavers were damage in this process Alex even without my request replaced them. Alex, the owner has years experience in roofing and his knowledge and workmanship in my experience with our roof project confirmed this. Sander & Sons went beyond to service us and at the end of the day we got a beautiful roof, great skylights. All who pass our house admire and complement on how beautiful our roof turned out. i would definitely use Sander & Sons again and would highly recommend them above all other roofers.

Perfect is how we describe our experience with Alex and Joey the father and son owners of Sander and Sons Roofing. We obtained four estimates which amounted to four interviews with roofing companies both large and small. More than any other company Alex and Joey listened to our concerns and preferences regarding our roofing job, their expert knowledge of roofing and the permit process was evident and we felt confident that Sander and Sons were the best we had interviewed. Because Sander and Sons are in high demand there was a slight delay before they could begin work, however during the interval they placed a large tarp over the leaking areas of the old roof and returned as required to check and reposition the tarp ( a service that other roofers refused to do or had excuses why it was a bad idea). The tear off and replacement also was professional and as clean as a complete roofing job can be. The work crews were extremely hard working, friendly and had a positive attitude whenever I asked about work progress. Ours was a large job and whenever additional wood repair was discovered Alex never sniveled that he needed more money, he just brought more plywood and kept going. I highly recommend Sander and Sons Roofing.

I have a situation where I travel frequently and cannot be home for sales pitches, meetings, and dealing with problems. I initially took a day off and met with several local roofing companies and was given a variety of price quotes. Sales pitches from other roofing companies were often complex and involved multiple options. I did not feel comfortable with any of them. I came across Sander and Sons when they were recommended by an associate. I contacted Joey (the son) by phone, and he politely asked for permission to go on my roof and prepare a quote. When I returned home I found the quotation at my door. The price was fair, but what impressed me was that they offered to take care of any plywood replacement or other minor repairs as all inclusive in the cost, which was a concern since other roofers were quoting with exceptions for additional plywood repairs. I did not want surprises. In addition, other roofers were quoting 60-90 day lead times and Joey was willing to get my job done within a few weeks or sooner. All discussions and negotiations were done over the phone, and I was so impressed with his politeness and profesional manner, that I was comfortable, signed his contract, emailed it to him, and moved forward. Within a few days I selected and paid for the shingles directly at a local supplier...no hassles with a possible lein there. The supplier worked with Joey and Alex (the father) to coordinate the delivery, and within 7 days, I had a completely new roof on my house. I know plywood replacement was necessary, but I was not charged one extra cent. I happened to come home early one day and the crew was there working on the house. They were also polite and courteous. You can tell politeness is important to this company. Clean up was taken care of and my house was left with no residue after the job. Follow up phone calls with Joey to take care of questions and forms have been answered promptly and courteously. Keep in mind he has his money now, so he could just forget about me. In my letter ratings I gave this company all A's. I could have given the cost a B as it fell inthe middle of all quotes I received, but at the end of the day, other "low cost" roofers would probably run up a large bill with extras. I would highly recommend Alex and Joey with Sander and Sons for any roofing job.

I am very happy with the work done by Sander and son.We were a little delayed because of all the rainy weather but once they started they worked more than the usual 8 hours a day to get the job done. They started on Thursday and were done by Saturday afternoon. They replaced all the shingles replaced wood where needed and all in all did a very professional job. Their crew were courteous and cleaned up before leaving every night. They even did a little repair work on my back porch replacing wood around the eaves where needed. They did this at a very good extra price that was included in the contract at the time of of the initial visit. No surprises ! It rained the day after they finished so I had a good test of their work. NO Leaks! I highly recommend them!

Very professional. New roof looks great. Joey met us at the tile company and helped us pick out a great color. He was very helpful and friendly. The roof installers were very professional and worked long hours to do a great job. We are very pleased with the results and our neighbors are all jealous!

The price was unbeatable for the quality of workmanship. My roof was 27 squares and this company gave me the best price I could find and gave me a quality product. They took care of applying for the permits and inspection of the roof. Alex and Joey constantly communicated throughout the entire process. Joey met me at a roofing supply place to answer all the questions that my husband and I had about owning a tile roof. He had samples of the product that would be used for the underlayment, which was by Owens Corning. They used top quality materials for my roof which included Entegra roof tiles. I have received many complements on my new roof.

Sander and his crew were extremely professional. He worked nonstop for three days almost 15-16 hours a day with his helpers and that speaks a lot about a team leader. Very honest and helpful with ideas. Our roof is the definition of his 30+ years of experience. I recommend him 100% to all my friends and family.

I have another property I rent out and my tenants were complaining about the roof leaking when we had a huge down pour I was in a hurry to fix the leak as not to upset the tenants and have further damage to my property so a friend of mine referred sander and sons roofing to me I spoke to Joey a manager for the company who came out and inspected and measured the roof the same day gave us a complete quote and took great care of us through the whole process answering every phone call and keeping in touch letting us know when the workers would be showing up and the on site manager alex was great too he moved the dump trailer for my tenants every night so i didn't get a call complaining about it being there all night. all in all i had a great experience and the roof looks great, definitely would recommend sander and sons to anyone.
