My technician, Adrian Kirkwood, was extremely thorough. I have been using Safer Home services for about 7 years and have always had good results, but I never noticed the attention to detail by other technicians, that Adrian showed. I am very pleased with this visit!

Adrian did a complete and thorough annual service. He was cheerful, knowledgeable, and considerate of my home and my kitty. He was on time. I have used Safer since 2015 and every technician has been terrific. Their prices are reasonable for the attention to detail (both inside and out).

I have an annual contract for pest control, as well as one for rodent control. I rarely have bugs of any kind in my home unless they fly in through an open door. The rodent contract is worth every penny, as I live in the city in a nearly 100 year old house and the rodents are persistent little critters. Mark really knows his stuff and comes quickly anytime I have an issue, and keeps on it until resolved.

I had written a longer review, but don't know if it posted, so here's a synopsis.... Safer homes is an environmentally safe way of ridding a house of more ordinary pests. Unfortunately, I had termites and needed tenting requiring more conventional types of pesticide. Mark at Safer was there every step of the way and calmed our nerves throughout the process. He restored all areas of the home that needed to be moved or taken apart (a fence) as a result of the tenting. He called us several times throughout to let us know what was going on and was there when we went back in. I've been with Safer Homes for years and this company is the most responsive and reliable companies that I have ever been in contact with. All their staff is polite and most important... On time... Fanatically so. I love them and you will too.

It was a pleasure working with Adrian today. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. After discussing the issues I was having, Adrian got to work resolving them. I will definitely recommend Safer Home Services and Adrian anytime friends and family has a pest problem.

Tommy from Bradenton arrived promptly to proceed spot treating some termite areas in a problematic room of my home. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and personable.

Best pest control company! I love that they take the outlets off the wall and treat for bugs that way. Previously I would spray my own house but continued to see bugs. Hired Safer Home Services and fortunately we never saw another bug. Switched to another company because family used them (and they were cheaper), but I will 100% say cheaper isn't always better. You definitely get what you pay for with this company. Mark came out the first time we hired them and was phenomenal, when I called back this time, I requested for him again and he was just as great this time too! 100% recommend this company and Mark!

We have been using them for years. They say they will come back if there is ever an issue but we never had to take them up on the offer. We have been very satisfied so far.

Brian was great. Explained the procedure, took his time completing the service. Baiting outlets, spraying exterior (as it was raining he came back & gave a second treatment outside!) and answered all questions. We have been using Safer over the years and if we see any creatures who avoided the treatment they come back out! This has not been an issue.

Excettent and I really appreciate the option of non tenting. We have been customers for about 12 years now and they always come through for us when we need them.

Liz (your tech person) investigated and found that we had open abandoned plumbing pipes in the wall and sealed them. She is very professional and knowledgeable about animals and insects that can invade a home.

Very well. After a couple of visits to apply local treatment, we decided the house needed tent fumigation. Our sales tech, Evan, thoroughly described the process and preparation. The work was done over a two-day period. There were no issues with damage to the house, inside or outside. The work was very professional and seems it was a .complete success (we'll know for sure next spring). In general, Safer Home Services provides excellent pest prevention service at a reasonable price.

Three years ago we hired Safer Home Services for the removal of termites in a home we had purchased, as is. We opted for the 'Safer" option, instead of tenting. So far, so good. We have been very pleased with the results of bug control, and if we ever have a problem with ants or roaches, they DO come back out, free of charge, to treat the problem area. No problems with toxins to pets or people. We will continue to use Safer Home Services. We renew the service every year to continue to be bug-free!
