This was a great company!! They did not charge for the initial termite inspection and they only charged $75 for the WDO inspection form that we needed for our VA loan. They told us about other pest problems at the house but were not pushy about us hiring them after the purchase of the home for the pest control service. The tech that came out, Ira, was very knowledgeable.

I was very pleased with their work. I would recommend them to my neighbors and friends. Ira was very professional and thorough in explaining the process and products, he was very punctual, and I think others would be pleased with the company also.

Outstanding service. Exceeded our expectations. Owner Jim Swayne personally drove 90 miles RT for initial inspection/treatment as new customers, and followup. He located source of termite swarm in our 1920s home, identified and treated the affected areas, and saved us $5k compared to cost of whole-house Tenting which other companies said was our only option. Excellent service. Punctual, on time, pleasant and reliable. Extremely knowledgable and shared valuable advice for future. Great with our pets, and eco-friendly. Very trustworthy. One year later, we are totally satisfied and glad to recommend Jim Swayne to others.

Greg was here this morning and he could not have been more pleasant and professional! He did put his shoe covers on, as another reviewer had mentioned and took them on and off as he would go from inside to outside. He also found things I had no idea to look for, namely brown widow spider sacs and wolf spider sacs!!! The brown widow spider sacs were right where myself or grandchild could have accidentally disturbed them and gotten bitten. I thank God for that!! Greg was also quite knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining the different types of pest control methods available. What I love is that everything they use is safe, nothing that would harm babies, toddlers or pets. I wish we had called Safer Home Services 2 weeks ago before we took pest control into our own hands and sprayed pesticide that is not so safe. I recommend them to the highest regard!!

We had several companies come out to give estimates for rodents in the attic. Ira Mandelberg is the ONLY one that actually crawled into the attic and did a thorough investigation for entry points. He is the ONLY one that found the most probable entry source. His service was exemplary. At one point when I wasn't able to reach him (not his fault), I contacted the main number and received a prompt call back from Jim. Their customer service definitely puts them over the top. Great customer service called on a sat night and the owner called me back within the hour . The service tech was one of the most professional guys that I have met . Did excellent job on the whole property and gave me recommendations on how to prevent future pest problems . Overall excellent service for a wide verity of pests .

Ira Mandelberg was terriffic. Very informative. Just had service performed so will update at later time if I see no more pests. Ira said it would be two weeks to totally be free of ants, but so far just a few spotted while waiting for bait to work.

I've been in Florida almost 20 years and have used other companies in the past. None can come close to the service provided by Safer and, Greg Gaspard, the serviceman who did the work. The thoroughness was much more than I expected.
