It's only about 10 days in, but the results so far are astounding. We had Truly Nolen for 4.5 years and they could never solve the roach problem. Robert, with Safer, came in and instantly, roaches are almost non-existent (only have found 3 mostly dead roaches since) This is a once a year pest program so time will tell...but now.... VERY happy! They also treated dry wood termites that we have. Robert talked me OUT of a tent and gave us a much cheaper solution with spot injections! Wow! Highly recommend Robert with Safer!

The Tech Matthew David was wonderful, he was here twice and sealed up 2 holes the second time I did not know I had from a new patio door that was put in. The office staff was great, I had a ? they did not know but called me back in 10 minutes while they checked on the answer.

They explained everything they were doing and answered my questions without making me feel silly.

They are very thorough and proactive while keeping my family and pets safe at the same time.

I'm really excited about the prospect of a once a year treatment. I'm not sure how well it will work, so only time will tell. However, the promptness, courtesy, and knowledge of Shaun is outstanding. I also was impress with the fact that Safer sent me photos of both the office manager and the serviceman, so I knew who was showing up at my door and who I was talking too.
