Thank you Ira and Safer Home Services for giving me peace of mind. I bundled annual pest control and the fancy termite treatment for value and convenience. It took 2 days to complete a 1200 sq ft home and workshop as they underestimated the amount of product needed but I am glad that they did not try to dilute the solution to finish in one day. Ira was so great during consultation and I felt no pressure to buy anything whatsoever. He even found two active termite openings in my workshop that day. They were able to treat my home a couple days later, which lasted about 6.5hrs. They came back for my workshop the following week and that took about 2hrs. 100% recommend. The initial cost upfront is high but the lower annual "renewal" with the 100% guarantee and no deductible claim justifies the cost. I am very happy with finding this company and cannot wait to see Ira again in 9 months lol! It has been over 2 months since service and I have lots of shrubs and trees in my yards yet have not seen any ants or roaches since service. So happy!

I did not need extermination, but only a wood-destroying organism inspection. The tech was very professional and thorough. He not only fulfilled my WDO inspection requirement, but his thoroughness also gave me piece of mind in the vermin infestation arena. No termites, no problems.

Came and did an inspection one day and service the next. On time, professional, friendly. Answered all my questions with expertise. Had the work done yesterday and ants are gone today! Highly recommed this company.

Called first thing in the morning needed a termite inspection at 11:00 am on a mobile home we were buying!! Safer Home Services was there when I NEEDED THEM!! Adam did a great job and provided me with the report on the same day!!

The service was great. My problem is gone and guaranteed for a year! Most of all the technician was awesome. So kind, caring and thorough in his work. I really like that the company send a picture of the technician so that you know who will be coming to your home.

Although the pricing was high, I feel the service provided was done professionally and effectively so it was worth the cost. I rather spend the funds for quality workmanship and reliability than have to continue having service provider return to accomplish task that should have been accomplished right the first time.
