The company is friendly, well educated, and kind. The service technician was prompt and courteous, and my cats loved him. He was good at choosing products to use that would not harm them. It was a pleasurable experience.

Was contacted by Safer Home Services and set an appointment to have house sprayed for ants. I was called back by Kim and told our service call would be at no cost, because we were still under warranty from last years treatment. I honestly didn't remember or even think about it. Now that is awesome customer service!!!
