They even schedule a follow-up appointment to make sure the treatment worked.

Once you get your appointment, they send you a picture of your professional. They follow up with an email with your time. My professional was Robert Sciriha, who was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He demonstrated what he would do and showed me the creepy crawlers scurrying around behind the walls. He came back another day to do the complete job and followed up a couple of days later to see if all traces were gone.
