Most all of the companies are expensive! I have a company that does the Termites inspections. I was looking for a New company less expensive & This was not them! Good company!

Very thorough, I got interrupted so many times and he was really patient. He responded very fast.

I was most impressed by the technician's ability to identify the types of termites that can occur in my neighborhood. He outlined the difference and benefit of an ongoing treatment warranty instead of tenting my home every 10 years thus running the risk of infestation and damage versus an on the spot treatment with ongoing treatments if necessary for one low yearly rate. I highly recommend Safer Home Services for their honest and thorough business practice.

Have used Safer Homes for both termite, pest control, and rodent control. It's been a long, tough year, but they consistently come out whenever I call to make checks. Derrell is always professional and does his best to schedule appointments convenient to my schedule (which is no easy task!)

The person doing the work was very professional and well dressed, very polite. He put the termite treatment all around the perimeter of the house and some areas inside as this was for subterranean termites. He drilled holes all around and injected the treatment. Very well done. The cost was more than I wanted to pay although it was probably comparable to other companies. I would recommend them.

Technician is well informed of the pest and knowledge of the type for action to take in controlling the insects. Although one technician is sent out to perform the task, if an issue come up during the process other team members are contact to give assistance to complete the job. I am very pleased with their service.

I was pleased with the treatment by Phil for sub termites. Phil was very courteous and knowledgeable about my termite problem. Even though there was a slight mishap when drilling --my glass slider was shattered--it was covered by the company. It took longer than Safer Home or I expected for the replacement glass, but this was because of the glass company. I would recommend Safer Home for termite elimination.

My flying pest problem was very serious as they had built a nest in an awkward spot and were able to enter my house. Shaun located the nest and through patience and determination was able to solve the problem. He was totally professional, punctual, and pleasant to work with. The insects were persistent, but Shaun never gave up. I highly recommend this company.

Very courteous. Though the initial work was skews than expected. A few conversations and visits other we were able to identify and fix issues. Very professional and amazing customer service. Just make your expectations clear upon initiation.

Jeremee and Phil are both very professional, answering all my questions and explaining details of rodents habits. Closed all probable entry ways and caught two in a weeks time. It appears the problems has been solved. After a few more days we will know for sure. So far I am impressed.

Needed a simple treatment of one area to meet compliance for an expired permit. The tech gave a quote that was 1/3 cost of the other quote I had. Produced the certificate I needed, and solved my problem. He was thorough, efficient and reasonably priced.
