Description of Work: We had a major infestation of carpenter ants. I fought the initial battle but we decided calling a pro was the best way to insure we'd get rid of them all (and other pests) and not have to repeat the battle we waged. My first contact with Jim on the phone impressed me. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and I could tell he was not only curious about bugs (how they are adapting and evolving) he seemed downright passionate about it. He also stressed his goal - and his passion - was solving our problem. Part of that is salesmanship, I'm sure, but you can't fake passion and this guy is really into his job. He and his crew showed up on time, did a very thorough job, were neat and clean throughout. He told us we may see some (staggering, near-dead) bugs emerge for a few days (and we have) but he also told us to call if that continues and they will come back for no extra charge. I am quite sure they will. #happycustomer |
