Very well. Was on time and very professional. Answered all questions asked and also gave information I was unaware of. Fantastic all around and this was my second time of using this service. Different homes each time and would recommend to all. Honest, trustworthy, reliable company.

Roaches and ants were getting out of control, but Safer made them all go away and stay away! I love that fat that they do not spray baseboards and door sills like most companies. All their ant and roach bait is hidden away in places no one would ever touch (except for the pests!). I've hired them for several years now and I plan on continuing. They also got rid of the rats in my attic!

We had a tiny black ant problem. Those suckers are so hard to get rid of. After several times of my husband trying, I finally "fired" him and hired Safer Home Services. The technician that came to our home was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He assured me that everything they use is safe for people (which is important with kids) and for all our pets. I highly recommend Safer Home Services. Our home is now ant-free.

I have been getting my home serviced by Safer Home Services for the last 2 years. They came highly recommended by a friend and I couldn't be more happy. Their anual pest control treatment and renewal is affordable and thorough. If ever I have a problem, I just call them up and they come out and retreat at no additional charge. The same goes for the termite treatments. The technicians are always punctual, friendly, and respectful of my home. Any time I call the main office, I am greeted by name and feel as if I am their only customer. Life in Florida comes with it's fair share of bugs and termites. But with Safer Home treatments, I can live pest free.

Ken has been "my bug guy" for the entire time and I can't say enough about his friendly, yet professional approach. I was quite impressed with Patrick Atkinson's professionalism, care & knowledge of termite solution. Not putting a bandaid on the problem but actually giving me an estimate to fixing it! He took time explaining to me the extent of our drywood damage and showed me evidence of it all over my home. Thank you Patrick and looking forward to doing business with you!

I called Safer Home to about pest control after i got two puppies, they sent out Patrick Atkinson Technician and Patrick did a thorough inspection of my house, After the inspection i agreed to the pest treatment and attic treatment. Patrick crawled through my attack and sprayed everywhere inside and out, he scrubbed my vinyl fence with his broom to clean the debris in the corners..i highly recommend safer Home Services and Technician Patirick, he did a amazing job..Thank you Patrick

If you want to work with a true professional company, Safer Home Services is by far the BEST company you could choose to work with. We had a terrible infestation of subterranean termites and Jim Swayne, the owner came by to ensure that we were well taken care of. Jim is extremely knowledgeable about anything “bug related” – he truly knows his stuff and hires people with the same passion he has. Not only was his team top notch and extremely professional, but they made a point to follow up with us several times after the initial service call. We have used them ever since and I can say without a doubt that you can wholeheartedly put your trust in Safer Homes.

What a Joke, cancelled service 11/2018. Wake up to Safer employee wandering around our back yard 6/2019 trying to pick up pods that they picked up 7 months ago. Buy your own bait and pods online. After all home owner does all the work. They only show to fill if you call.

Warrantied termite and rodent treatment completed quickly and neatly for half the cost of other quotes. Also included general pest control. I am very happy with the results and recommend Safer Home Services to my neighbors and friends..

The quote was less than another company who did the inspection. Dave was awesome. He was up in our cramped attic for hours cleaning when the heat was awful. He came back on Saturday after the vacuum failed. It has been 6 mos. and no pests after treatment. I had a lot of service, so my price is not typical, but it means I had the opportunity to see them work multiple times. We bought a house that wasn't maintained and they helped us put it right. Communication was good throughout and the people were friendly and accommodating to our schedule. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to those who need service.

Very professional, excellent communication, arrived on time, Price below another quote. Dave was awesome! He spent several hours in a very hot attic and scheduled a follow up for Saturday to finish when equipment broke. After 6 months there has been no new pests detected. My price is not typical because I had 3 items that needed attention and the rodent clean up was extensive. I purchased a home that needed back maintenance and these folks helped me put it back into shape.

I have used Safer Home Services several times and love the results. I have 3 older cats and when I had other companies come in, the cats would always be sick afterwards. When we started Safer Home Services that all changed. Our cats never get sick now. Added benefit is that now we don't have to use flea medication on our cats either!

They came and treated the kitchen. They told us what we needed to do before they returned to treat again. It took a while, but they kept coming back until the roaches were gone. Now they just come once a year and whenever we call. I would definitely recommend them!

They recommended against repair because of the cost. We bought a new refrigerator. Only paid $69.95 for service call.

Chris was very professional, explained products and procedures along with more visits, if needed. When we needed more treatment for fleas Sean came back promptly and continued until eradicated. They discovered termites in our fence close to the house, we wouldn't haven't known about until damage to house could've been done. We also agreed to the Once-A-Year Pest Protection Service Agreement.

They eradicated ants that were coming in, found termites in our fence next to our house, too. We signed up for the one year pest protection.
