Technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and always on time. Great Service ! I would recommend this company to friends and family.

I use Safer for my yearly pest control as well as rodent exclusion and, most recently, termite tenting. My tech, Vicki, is very professional and always explains what needs to be done and why. She and her colleague spent two full days plus, securing my crawlspace and attic to eliminate rodent access and returned almost daily until there was no more activity. She also personally came by and checked on my house during the termite tenting, as she knew I was concerned about trespassers. Safer is not the least expensive, but their level of customer service and positive results makes them well worth the money spent, in my opinion.

Used to have a horrible sugar any problem as I have pets and food is always out and vomit is unavoidable. My house would get infested and nothing I did on my own worked. We also had a significant wasp and hornet problem, which I am terrified of and couldn’t spend time in my backyard because of it. Now after using safer home service all the pests are gone along with subterranean termites we didn’t know where there. Very courteous and professional, wore masks and booties.

Excellent. Work was done better than our best hopes. Serviceman Brian went well beyond the call of duty in performance and helping us, and the other servicemen epitomized true professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

Fortunately, Patrick went above and beyond to fix our problem. He was extremely courteous, honest, punctual and efficient. He came many times to check the attic. At the end, he also sanitized the place . We also bought the Once-A-Year Pest protection for our home and we are very please with the service. I highly recommend Safer Home Services! Bought house 2 1/2 yr ago. Used another that just sprayed , it was so bad. I’m crazy clean, no good anywhere near kitchen, Clorox wipe counters and all on it 3 x a day. Tried Safer and have not woken to any gross HUGE roaches any where in my house! Absolutely lovely! 100% in love with this company! Been 7 months, worth every single penny, professional service, great customer service!! Price paid for what I got.... PRICELESS!!!

I've been with Safer Home Services for a few years now and won't use anyone else. Josh is great and he's the one I request year after year. If I need them to come out during the year (which is rare), they come out no questions asked and at no additional costs. What they use really does work and does not hurt my furry babies. I will continue to use Safer Home Services as they really are a wonderful company to work with. Thank you for a job well done!

I've been using Safer Home Services since I bought my home 3 years ago. When I first moved in there was a problem with millipedes getting into the house. The tech, Ken, took care of the problem quite satisfactorily. I'm pleased that Ken is still on the job and I've renewed my annual plan. Safer is a great company and I highly recommend their services!

Wonderful. We previously lived in a townhome and we could not get the entire row of townhomes tented for large cost $$$$ and we were in the middle of trying to sell and move. So Safer offers a foam wall filler that can isolate individual wall nests which was perfect for our needs. It passed inspection initially and we needed Safer to perform the same inspection 90 days later during closing which it passed. Termite free!

Very good. My house was overrun by ants both outside and coming inside my window sills. They had to come out a few times to get it under control, but they did so without complaint.

Company and Scotty our technician came recommended from a friend who had her house treated. Service was reasonably priced, Scotty was prompt, and personable. Treatment is human and pet friendly which was important to us. Warranty is excellent, and service is priced right! Would use again, and definitely would recommend to others.

still waiting for a publix gift card from last July. Paid $1200 for rat mitigation, still had rats. didn't get rid of the ants (had to do it ourselves after paying anyway) and charged $79 extra dollars for the renewal without telling me. I can not recommend this company. There is more negative on the list, but I hate to rant.

Safer Home did a fantastic job. I’ve used them in the past and I know their treatment works and is safe for my pets. I will use them again. They are very professional, arrive when they say they will, are very friendly and courteous. Their office responds in minutes to any of my questions or needs.

Initial contact and service was very professional. Unfortunately, in order to gain further service it is the responsibility of the customer to contact them to schedule an appointment. Sat home waiting twice for them to show and did not. Contacted owner via email. No response. Waited two days, and I had to make the effort again to contact him via phone then. Huge spider issue in the attic here. Still an issue. Tired of calling. Feelings of being left in the cold.
