Great, we highly recommend Liz, very efficient, knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and amazing person.

This company completed my termite and does my yearly pest control. The employees are personable and punctual. They communicate well and do a great job.

Technician made a mess with bait even after I asked him to be careful because I have pets. When I called him on it, he said it was blowback. Also, he did not properly replace the ceiling access panels and I had to call him back into the house to correct. This is the second time I’ve had issues with this company. They offered a Publix gift card for my trouble. Management was helpful but the actual technicians are very unprofessional.

They knew exactly what they were doing (sorry, I never heard of Safer Home Services) & I would most definitely recommend them to my friends in our area! They came a half hour early & just did a great job - thank you both!!!

Top shelf through the whole experience. The office promptly made an appt to inspect my building. After a detailed inspection, I was given a quote that was 50% cheaper than another company. The technician came out the following day and did an amazing job. When they show up they have clearly identifiable vehicles and uniforms. This is a professional company. It has been over a year and I came up for renewal of my coverage. I called and a technician came out within a few days. He completed a detailed inspection and found one little area that needed treatment, which he did on the spot. They have completely exceeded my expectations.

This company is the best around. I have had individual 'bug guys' before, sometimes not reliable. I have found Safer homes to be reliable and also always show up and take care of periodic bug problems during my annual services.

We chose Safer Home Services when we discovered dry wood termites in 2019. We liked their approach and technology. They did not tent our home, instead a spot treatment was administered and our attic was treated preventatively. Every anniversary of the treatment they come out to inspect before we renew our yearly contract. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Their services are reasonably priced and a good value.

The technicians are very professional and treated the house inside and out. Insects did return inside the house but they returned to remedy the issues.

Excellent. Last year, we moved to St Pete from Tampa, but Safer Home Services came with us because they have always provided us great service. Their goal is to prevent pests from getting into your house and keep your family safe. They inspect your home for areas where they can get in and close those off. They also treat would be pests by applying preventives in your home where kids and pets won't get to them but that pests are likely to. If something does get in, they will address it at no charge to you.

The worker got here on time and was very professional. He even used covers on his shoes to protect the carpet. He told me exactly what was going on and what needed to be done.

It went good. Austin had a very personable demeanor in addition to being respectful and professional. Safer Homes stands by it's motto of "once a year treatment." I've used other exterminating companies and they don't hold a candle to Safer Homes. I hardly ever have to call them back, after the initial treatment, to come back and retreat. I'm so blessed to have found this company.

I had a great experience with Safer Home Services Pest Control. My technician, Xavier, has been prompt both times he has visited my house. First he came for the yearly spray and the second time was for ants. Their yearly all-inclusive program is a great option because any additional visits they make to the house are covered under the program and they mean it. The customer service representatives are easy to reach and make sure you are scheduled right away. I called on Tuesday and Xavier visited my house on Thursday morning. If you need services, I recommend Safer Home and Xavier. He is very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. He is also happy to answer any questions you may have.
