Great very thorough and quality work.

Sean Reeves came and gave us a very thorough inspection & estimate. He recommended treatment for the termites in the attic beams & in the utility room area. I was pleased that we did not have to tent as we would've had to remove the awnings and do much more prep. He was very knowledgeable and is an entomologist. He was very professional. Also they called me back after hours to set up an appointment. The office staff also was very professional & helpful. The work was completed within 10 days of my phone call. This is extremely speedy service in the hot summer time when termites are very busy!!

So far so good. The process of getting rid of bed bugs is time intensive. We had to clear our closets and run everything through a hot dryer then bag everything before the technicians came in to spray the rooms. Dave was the technician and explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. He also explained how common this infestation is and that we were just unlucky to have picked up some bugs though extensive travels and hotel stays. He made a point of spraying the suitcases and also all the chairs in the living room even though the bugs seemed to be confined to the 2 bedrooms. I read a lot of do-it-yourself sites but worried that I could easily miss a nest and the problem would just keep coming back. These guys know where to look and have the expertise. In the end it is money well spent. Would hire them again but hope we do not need them.

Everyone I've interacted with has been great and I really love the process they use for pest protection vs the other companies that want to spray all along your walls and carpet inside your home.

We had the whole-house treatment, which is supposed to last for a year. We haven't had any sightings of insects yet. The first treatment was pricey ($1100), but going forward it's supposed to be about $300.

Safer Home uses all natural organic products. But when he says he's going to kill the ants, he does. He used something on my yard to show me because I live on a lake. He went around my yard with this stuff and the grass is growing the weeds are going away. He didn't charge extra for that. I thought that was nice. I don't know what he put out there but it's all natural and it doesn't hurt the critters. I got a lot of raccoons, opossums and some feral cats. A lot of wading birds and ducks. They are clean and on time. I have two small dogs, under 15 pounds, and a cat. They haven't had any side effects from this stuff. I think the price was reasonable for what he did. I was noticing bull ants. The nice things is if you find them again, he will come for a free treatment. He shows up in a nice clean white shirt. He is very straight away and very professional. So that's important to me.

Somebody or something brought bed bugs in here last year. I had called two companies that come out here and they were useless. I gave them a lot of money but didn't get the job done. I call these people, I was just desperate and I thought what have I got to lose. This guy came out and within one month there wasn't a trace of one. I was shocked. I only had the infestation in two rooms. Ground zero was the guest bedroom and they got tracked into the master but they had just started in there. So we got the whole mess. I had to have furniture recovered. It was awful. He got rid of it just as fast as they appeared they disappeared. So I was very, very happy. It was a lot of hard work. I had to completely dismantle that guest room and replace mattresses and everything. It was not fun.

Gave a B because the Tech showed up about 1 hour late the date of service. Feel if he was going to be that late a telephone call certainly would be in order.

They did great work. Very thorough and respond quickly. Roger was awesome. If I need anything else I'd be asking for him.

These guys showed up on time and were very professional. They took me around and showed me the issues identifying what they found, despite the issues being in areas difficult to reach. I was very happy with their service.

Paid for a year service and when I had flying ants they took care of the problem.

Chris treated my home the first year and I was so satisfied with his work that I requested him for this years treatment because he was familiar with my previous issues. Chris and his partner arrived on time as scheduled and did a very thorough job.

Timely and efficient service provided.

Mostly went very well except that ants and daddy long leg spiders were not controlled. I went to "Do it yourself pest control" and began using a product with more extensive control. I have to apply the product myself but at 10 percent of the cost, it's worth it.
