+ -1 moreGoing pretty good so far. We previously had a huge ant problem and the tech arrived as scheduled and treated my whole home inside and out for a variety of bugs. He was here for about 3 hours and I think he did a thorough job. Had to have him back out a second time but it was during the rainy season and he told me that excessive rain like we had tends to drive the bugs inside. Re-treated the whole house without a problem.

Description of Work: A couple of termite companies said I needed a complete "tenting" for around $2500. But the problem seemed local to one overhang in the back. I called Safer Home services after checking Angie's List. A technician crawled all through the attic to do a thorough inspection. Said they needed to treat only one area of the house for a few hundred dollars. I bought a guaranteed annual contract for future inspections and future treatments against dry wood termites for $199. annually. They have done an annual inspection and all was well. They later offered a subterranean termite treatment for the entire perimeter of the house for $600., reduced from the normal $900. One treatment protects for 10 years. They had to drill the patio deck along one side of the house and did a very thorough job. Results were neat and clean. Holes filled with epoxy. I'm very satisfied since termites thrive in Florida.

+ 0 moreThey quickly set up an appointment. The technician (Jeremy) was on time and very knowledgeable and professional. He found some termite trails in the crawl space, and made me aware of the line of services that Safer Home Services could provide. I chose to get the works and make sure that not only the wet wood termites were taken care of, but the entire house for all pests. They set up a follow-on appointment to do all the treatments and again arrived on time and thoroughly did their job. The office was also very responsive to emails after the job was finished.

His inspection was thorough and he was very knowledgeable, teaching me as he went along. We are very happy with this company and especially Robert! Only niggle was we expected one more follow-up visit to check and remove traps which didn't happen; my husband checked the traps and since they were empty we weren't concerned.
Description of Work: Originally we needed just termite service but eventually decided on an annual whole house pest control plan that included trapping attic pests and screening those areas on our home where the pests were getting inside.

The cost was $450 for the year. My home is just under 1200 sq ft and the technician did all interior rooms, the garage, and around the outside of the house.
Description of Work: I had my house/property treated for pests...mostly roaches and whatever small bugs that have been seen in my home. I had my property treated almost a month ago and I have truly not seen one bug. I used to have a monthly service and always saw bugs between treatments.
