+ -1 moreRon listened to our needs from the beginning and was able to get us the perfect property for our second home and ultimately our retirement home in the winter. We contacted him over spring break and with little notice he was showing us many properties. As we returned to Ohio, the process remained very easy. All the paperwork with the offers, etc. were all signed electronically which was a breeze and kept the process moving. He recommended a mortgage broker who was also excellent. Even though the process can get somewhat stressful at times, he remained calm and very helpful. Ron kept us informed throughout the process and was always readily available to us. By the end of the process he was more of a friend then our real estate agent.
Description of Work: We are from Ohio and he helped us purchase a second home in Dunedin, Florida.
