Rock's Moving Co

First, I called Donna, the office manager, to discuss my moving needs. I had already contacted 3 other movers, but decided on Rock based on their Angie and BBB references and my phone call with Donna. Her professionalism and knowledge was outstanding. She confirmed with the owner on a price quote, returned my call, and then we scheduled one day to pack and the following day to move to the storage facility. On Monday, 20 July, Mike, Leland, and Matt showed up on time as scheduled. Matt was the team leader and I showed him what I would need packed, dismantled, and moved. They started using my boxes so I didn't have to pay extra for their boxes until they used all the boxes I had. Matt packed the kitchen, and then the valuable china and crystal in the dining room. Meanwhile Leland and Matt worked on packing the garage and shrink wrapping the furniture. I was impressed with their work ethic, willingness to understand my needs and concerns, and professionalism. I offered to buy them lunch, but they decided to work through the lunch hour and just accepted water and soft drinks. They finished packing early and asked if they could move one truck load to the storage facility. I agreed and they loaded their truck - again carefully and knowledgeably. At the storage facility, they unloaded and moved my effects into the storage locker. On Tuesday morning, 21 July, Donna called to advise me that the team would be about 1/2 hour late due to truck issues. When they arrived they started immediately to load their truck and again did so carefully. At the storage facility, they unloaded their truck and moved my effects into the lockers without wasting time. I was so impressed with these 3 men, I'll use the same team to move my effects into my new residence.

From start to finish, this has been the most stress free move. Not only were the movers on time, they were very professional. They were respectful to us and our personal belongings. Could not have asked for better service.

We called Rock's based on Angie's List reviews. They were well deserved. Rock's came the day before the move to pack and wrap all the belongings. Everything went smoothly. The following morning they arrived on time to begin the move. Matt and Willy were a very good team. Even though they are paid by the hour they did not fail to hustle the entire time. The truck was loaded and on its way to the new location. Upon arrival they came in to look at the house to see where everything would be placed. They were very accommodating in placing our belongings. They reminded us to unwrap every piece of paper as we had some breakable items that were small. Nothing was broken. We are very glad we chose Rock's and would recommend them.

I have used Rock's several times, always with excellent results. The crew showed up 15 minutes early and went right to work. The young crew was friendly and extremely professional. My furniture was carefully loaded onto the truck within little more than an hour. They had to make a second stop to pick up additional furniture from a second home which went without a hitch. The rain caused a 30-minute delay, but it's allowed for, and I wasn't charged for that 30 minutes. As always with Rock's, the cost was very reasonable, the service was excellent, the crew was professional and very helpful, helping to assemble and disassemble furniture as required. The care they take with my belongings is exceptional. In my several moves with Rock's, nothing has ever been damaged or lost. I hope I don't have to move again but, if I do, Rock's will do the moving. I highly recommend them!

Matt and Josh polite, professional and friendly. They were very efficient and wasted no time getting the job done. I have moved several times over the years and Rock's is the best by far.

We've moved 6 times in the past 6 years and have tried 4 different moving companies. The guys from Rock Movers were amazing. Absolutely, hands down, the perfect movers. I can't recommend them enough. They were on time, professional, very good at what they do, and they all had great attitudes. They made the move "as fun as a move can be".

Very professional and friendly crew arrived promptly and performed the move very well. We had a big house w/ tight stairs (100yr old home), but they managed to move without even hardly a nick on anything. They boxed and prepped items securely, an d communicated well through the move to make me aware of any details that might need addressing. I would recommend them to anyone. The price they quoted was actually slight more than the actual cost, which was a pleasant surprise.

I have nothing but great things to say about Rock's Movers. They were scheduled at 845 and arrived at 844. The crew was polite, professional and friendly. They were very efficient and wasted no time getting the job done. I have moved several times over the last 10 years, and Rock's is by far the best moving experience that I have had.

It was great. The guys were extremely hard working, genial, and very efficient. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it. They adapted when I didn't have all the necessary materials to secure items and placed them securely in the truck. We had a hard time keeping up with them and they occasionally had to wait for us to inform them if something was going or not or to finish taking it apart to move it. We had a tight deadline and they were hired on only 2 days notice. I can't say enough positive things about them and their work. We simply would not have gotten the job done or been able to hit the road in the late afternoon had it not been for their efforts. I would highly recommend Rock's Moving Company to anyone in need of moving help. They have their own equipment for local moves and cubes for long distance and storage situations. They were very professional and put us at ease immediately on a stressful day. I strongly believe that they should receive an award for their outstanding service.

I have used Rock's several times over the years. They always do a wonderful job!! It amazes me on how quickly they move everything, yet are very careful. They treat my belongings as if they were their own therefore, no damage. The guys are always very professional. I've heard horror stories from friends, and family members about other moving companies, that is why I will always use Rock's. They are a very honest, dependable, & conscientious company. Moving can be stressful, but using Rock's helps alleviate the stress, because they know what they are doing, & they do it very well! I will continue referring anyone who is moving to Rock's.

I have always been impressed with their service after hearing horror stories about other movers. They are on time, the estimate is accurate, and their guys hustle to get the move done quickly. I have and will continue to recommend them

We were able to set up the move over the phone and were given an estimate that was reasonable. The three man crew arrived promptly at 8:30am and each member introduced himself. They set to work immediately, and had everything loaded on the truck in about an hour. The private home was only 3 miles away, so travel time was short. The crew had everything unloaded in a short period, and placed the items in the correct locations we specified. There was no damage or breakage of any of our belongings. They even offered to re-assemble any furniture that had we had taken apart. The actual cost was quite a bit lower than the phone estimate, which was a pleasant surprise. The entire move was completed before 12 noon! I would not hesitate to recommend Rock's Moving to anyone planning a move, and would certainly use them again in the future.

Did a very nice job. Had a very limited time frame, and they were able to accommodate. Small job, but big results. The carpet looked as good as new once they were finished with it. They set expectations well about how much they could improve the look, and exceeded those expectations.

, Three workers arrived right on time. They were extremely efficient and professional. They moved everything out in less time than I had expected. Everything arrived safely and undamaged. I had a couple of large pieces with multiple components which they helped put back together. When it turned out I had left the screes for the entertainment center at the previous apartment, they waited while I went to get them. While I was gone the assembled my beds and hooked up the washer all of which was added service. The cost was very reasonable and they guys were extremely professional and easy to work with. I will definitely use them for my next move.

Have used Rock's 3 times since moving to FL. They were excellent each time, careful and pleasant to deal with. I had no damage at all and I have lots of fragile items. Would definitely recommend them!

They were very argumentative and wanted to drag out the job longer than it needed to be. They were rude. they showed a lack of consideration for the furniture. Some of the packing was good, others was very poor.

This was my 16th move in the past 30 years, and I have to say that the 3 man crew of Matt, Javier, and Mike were the most professional, and by far the most pleasant crew I've ever seen! They showed up right on time, worked quickly, took great care with my furniture, and came in $200 under the estimate. It was refreshing to hear them speak so highly of their employer and clearly enjoy working for Rock's and with each other. They weren't the lowest quote I received, but I ended up paying less than the lowest quote because they worked so quickly. I liked that I could get my estimate via email (the more accurate you are with your list on the estimate request, the more accurate the estimate will be). I had my belongings ready and labeled,which helped with their efficiency. Highly, highly recommend! Thanks Rock's, and thanks Angie's List for helping me find them!

I was sent the three 'best. of the best professional movers that Rock employees. I can't say that from experience but these 3 gentlemen far exceeded my expectations. Courteous, fast and ever so gentle to my furnishings. They even made my 70 year old Mom who came to help - feel like part of the team. If a 3 floor town home wasn't enough to change the attitude of the most stellar mover, when they arrive at my new home they'd relocated appliances and construction materials so that when they left a mere 4 hours from the start, each room is clearly defined!! Rock's moving did an outstanding job moving us to our new home. It was pleasant experience working Rock?s they are true professionals in every sense of the word. Matt & Mike (the M&M boys) did a great job. They worked fast and showed a great helpful attitude during the entire moving. These guys work hard and are non-stop from beginning to end. You get your money?s worth from Rock?s. My advice is that you follow their guidelines and suggestions before your move. My original quote was several hundred dollars more, but because we were prepared for Rock?s it took much less time and money. Not one item has damaged.

It could not have gone better. They were right on time, worked together as a team, quick and efficient. Very polite and professional. Also very accommodating. For example, when I asked to have the china closet light plugged in behind it, after the monstrosity was already assembled and in place against the wall, it was done in an instant with a pleasant "yes, ma'am". Everything was placed exactly as I wanted it. They placed coverings on walkways outside to prevent tracking in dirt. They were done in the estimated time and I would use them again and recommend them highly to anyone.

This was a great moving experience! I found Rock's via Angie's List, and they did not disappoint. We moved to a smaller home in an effort to begin downsizing. We had some challenges placing furniture and these guys were great. We had to move some items a couple of times to find the right space and they did it with a smile. Their helpful attitudes and willingness to make sure that we were happy with the results, made the whole move much less stressful. They were on time, professional, and came in under budget. That never happens!

The three guys who packed and moved us were great!
