Rock's Moving Co

The move went extremely well. Two workers from Rock's came to my home on time and got right to the job. The place was high energy. They were both very quick yet not careless, they were physically fit and strong, making heavy and awkward things look easy to move, they worked well as a team and knew how to do the job. They paid attention to detail noticing what I'd written on each box and handled boxes accordingly. They were concerned with where they were placing each box and piece of furniture when they were unloading. They wanted to make sure the dining table was centered in the room properly, that boxes were in the right part of the new house to unpack, that fragile items were given TLC. On top of all that, they were nice. It was pleasant to work with them. I even had a spiral staircase at the home I was moving from and they were amazingly adept at getting things down all with no whining! Rock's Moving charges according to time, and this was a bargain given the rate, the no-nonsense and energetic team, and the quality of their work. A couple of weeks after the move I got a letter from Rock's thanking me for the work and asking if everything was done to my satisfaction. How conscientious.

Fred and TJ arrived promptly and finished packing and loading their truck in 2 hours. They were very quick and professional. After a 40 minute drive to a storage facility in Clearwater, they unloaded and moved everything into storage. Again, swiftly and professionally. Overall it was a very satisfying experience.

Great moves. Both phone estimates were right on but they sent an estimator by just to make sure. The crews were courteous and professional - and fast. The crew on our office move actually jogged down the hall to get new loads, even though we were paying by the hour. On the house move, they delivered a fridge to a friend's house and made sure everything was in order before leaving. We highly recommend Rocks and will use them again on our next move.

They where very friendly when they where there picking up the stuff. They are very professional about the job. They showed up on time to do the job.

We sold our house in Tampa and were moving to Clearwater. We trusted Angie's list recommendation and hired Rocks Moving Co. Three men arrived promptly at 9:00am. They asked us to sign the contract. We had been quoted a $90 per hour fee, but they said it was $135 per hour. When we asked the difference they said it was because there were 3 men working instead of 2. We had been quoted a cost of $1,500 for the entire move and were a little sceptically. We signed the contract because we had to move that day. They set to work immediately and 8 hours later (they took a 30 minute lunch break) at exactly 5:00 pm they were finished. They had moved us lock, stock and barrel. The total cost was $1,300. Yes, under the quoted price. They are fast, efficient, courteous and clean. I would hire them again in an instant. I have never seen movers work so efficiently. We have been moved by some of the largest movers nationwide and have never had anyone do it as quickly. I am still shaking my head in amazement. Thank you Angie's list for pointing us toward them. P.S. I hope we never have to move again.

Things came up missing or broken. They tacked on $400 after the move and quote. They forgot three wardrobe boxes.

The moves went well. They were very fast and had us out of our old house and into storage in no time. Then when our new home was ready they moved us out of storage, into our new house. They were very fast and very careful with our belongings.

Best money I ever spent! The guys showed up EXACTLY on time, worked hard the entire time, and were very professional. I got to "supervise" while someone else hauled heavy boxes of books up stairs. I was very impressed with the whole experience.

Fantastic. Would recommend them to anybody. The took on extra services without blinking an eye. Their price was fair, and they did everything quickly and efficiently. They were polite and followed instructions to a T.

Three workers arrived right on time, did not waist any times getting started, and had the townhouse emptied in one hour. Drove the 45 miles, and once again wasted no time, running to and from the house and truck. Company employees were very nice, and respectful of the items and house.

No problems, on time, fast, cost was much lower than phone estimate. Nice guys too.

Three very polite and responsible young men handled the move. They were very considerate of taking great care of my belongings and did not waste any time. They assessed all that was to be moved: What went to my new condo and what went into storage, and then went to work. The move took less time than anticipated so my cost was less than estimated. I would certainly recommend them to any one who is moving.

Their service was excellent. We were given an approximate arrival time of 1:30 and that's the time they arrived. They made a note of showing us any blemish on the furniture before loading it in the truck and handled everything with care. Upon arriving at the new location, they were more than happy to put the furniture where requested. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Rock's Moving to anyone and will think of them first if I need to move again.

This was the best $300 I've ever spent. The movers showed up on time, were very friendly, were very careful with our furniture and got the job done in two hours - including taking furniture upstairs in the new home. I scheduled the job with only 4 days notice.

I called Scott the week before the move and he gave me a very accurate quote. Their office called me the day before to confirm the time the next morning. Three movers showed up exactly on time the day of the move and moved me quickly and efficiently. They were very professional and did everything exactly as I asked them to. I only had to tell them once where to put everything in the new house and they even made sure I was happy with the way the pieces were centered on the wall, etc. Nothing was damaged and the whole move, from the time they showed up until they left seemed effortless! I've never had a better moving experience and we are definitely calling them to move my husband's office.

Couldn't have gone better. The two movers showed up on time, got an overview, moved quickly yet carefully, listened to everything I said, and got the job done in just a few hours. I'm really picky (for example, I don't like anything set down on the ground outside), and it was no problem. Even the boxes are in perfect shape. I've used them twice before and will use them again.

The move went very smooth. They showed up on time and didn't stop until the job was completed. Even helped disassemble a desk. The estimate Donna gave over the phone was very precise. I wouldn't hesitate to use again. My experience with other moving companies in the past were very unpleasant, this could not have been any better!!!

They moved quickly and did a great job.

They were just terrific. They were on time, brought two trucks to be on the safe side. They also brought boxes, and they even took out the washer that was in the new location and put in my washer. They set everything up for me and even put my clothes in the closet. If there was a grade higher than an A, I would give it to them.

Could it have gone better? No! These guys were absolutely terrific. They were on time and three of the strongest guys, I've ever seen. They were careful with our possessions and even horrified, when they saw the damage some of our furniture sustained with our LAST movers. We had a terrible experience moving the last time and were really leary and nervous. We had nothing to worry about with Rock's. I wish I could remember each of the 3 guys' names, but they were nice, professional, fun, kind, courteous, all we could have wanted and more. To top it all off, our original total for the job came in $300 less than quoted. I could not recommend these guys any higher. Rock's !

Hands down, these are the best movers we have ever worked with! Like most people, we've moved many times over the years, but never before have we been lucky enough to work with such a responsive team. We were doubly surprised to discover they would be willing to work on a Sunday (although I understand that isn't always available - it's up to the individual workers to decide if they'd like a Sunday shift). These guys get an A+ from us. They really do rock!

We are a small business and arranged for an emergency move of a 4000+ square foot house. Rock's moving was exceptional in everything they did for us! They responded quickly to review the house and sent out people to move the first group of contents that same day. Since the home owners had additional work to do before they were ready to move, they were very flexible in re-scheduling the final move. The 3 individuals who did the physical move were outstanding - professional, detailed, and their work was done to perfection. As a career professional, I have moved a number of times and never had such good service with no mistakes or mishaps from any moving company I used. I never thought I would find a good moving company - as a business we will use them again and again. For myself I would only use Rock's. Tampa Bay is very fortunate to have a moving company of this quality!
